Very Professional Company from the initial enquiry With Annette to the actual Survey , Jack from Pyro who carried out the Survey was also professional and very sensitive and respectful to our residents needs. would highly recommend.

Pyro Fire Services have been extremely efficient in helping me organise a Fire Safety Review for two residential flats. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I got in touch with Pyro, needing prompt support with our fire compliance. We have standards to protect as a future education provider (alternative provision), and we have a timeline to stick to.

I made an enquiry using their clean and simple online process, and was contacted by Louise (big shout out, amazing customer service) within a matter of minutes (get in!). One of their specialists, Rich, was out within 2 days, booked in, punctual, and representing Pyro exceptionally well.

Rich was calm (important when talking about fire safety), professional, and efficient. Rich took up only as much of my time as he needed to to get the essential information for his assessment. Rich completed the survey quietly in the background, ensuring not to disturb our office staff.

Long story short, we now how everything we need to be compliant, the best in the game! Thanks team Pyro Fire.

Pyro have been fantastic in all our experiences with them. Daniel is always very helpful and nothing ever seems too much. We have used them at multiple sites for both fire evacuation plans and Fire risk assessments and they have always been thorough with no issues.
We even had a situation where we had missed an issue on our final draft of the plans but they were so quick to help and rectify this with no impact to our sites.

We have recently engaged Pyro Fire Services to undertake our Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door surveys and they have provided a great service.

John and Shaun have provided us with clear understanding of what is required when on sitand the on-line reporting system is a significant step forward when managing over 50 buildings and and over 1,000 doors.

Pyro Fire Services conducted a comprehensive fire door survey at our site.
This was arranged in advance at a time to suit and they came recommended by one of our training providers.
The booking was quick and simple and the the surveyor arrived promptly on the day.
After brief discussions regarding our requirements the survey was completed with little to no disruption to daily operations and a thorough report was provided detailing the findings.
Pyro were happy to assist with advice relating to the remedial works required and, although they do not offer this service, they were able to supply details and make initial contact with a trusted partner who did.
i f there were to be any improvements made it would be that Pyro could offer the service to complete remedial works themselves.

from start to finish, no dramas, excellent communication, fantastic engineer attended site, polite, 0 disruption to operations during his visit, comprehensive report written with both technical specifications and in basic English so the layman can understand it. highly recommend Pyro as a company.

Pyro have been brilliant from start to finish. We had Fire Risk Assessments completed at 5 sites. The Customer Service team arranged the visits promptly and the Inspector on the day was very informative. He talked us through the items raised on his visit and made suggestions on how these should be rectified. The written assessments arrived in my inbox withing a few days. Excellent, professional and courteous company to deal with.

One of the best fire related health and safety courses I have ever been on. The brochure provided answered all the little questions which don;t normally get mentioned during a normal training course about fire doors, but which us HS people deal with on a day to day basis, for example, I did not know intumescent strips could be painted over up to 5 times. (Not smoke seals). So yes, the brochure was really good. Also the trainer, it was obvious he knew his subject, very much so, and his personality was great, very engaging.

Professional service carry out a fire risk assessment at my dog grooming salon. Highly recommend to keep your professionalism as a business above board. And to make sure you and customers/ or work colleges Public safe.

As an FM I have worked with many Fire Door Company's over the years, having had various types and vastly differing quality of reports returned from all. I have to say Pyro Fire Services have not only been a pleasure to communicate and work with but the reporting is first class ! Clear, concise perfect to simply give to a contractor - to not only quote from but to be given on arrival and carry out each repair, all the info needed is there.
