This bank scammed me for 5000 dirhams. I am unable to withdraw or spend the money using the app - i have contacted support via email and did not get a response at all for over 6months! THIS IS AN EXIT SCAM! I will be going to dubai police to open a fraud case on this bank since i was defrauded of my money

They did an exit scam
They did an exit scam, money can't be withdrawn and no coherent answer can be received from the support. All they do is yapping about issues for 6 months now. Contacting the support team make no difference, they're very sorry for the inconvenience but won't do sh!t to fix it.
Avoid by any costs.

They are professional scammers once you add money or transfer money you will be logged out and not even able to track you transection there is no way to track this company and they don't have any office

It's a very cheap app
It's a very cheap app. At first, they were very particular about their services. From june onward, i am unable to use the app. Card number and card details are vanished from the app. Creapy app not recommended.

These are total scammers and fraud, my funds are stuck with them from the July, but only excuses from their side, not recommended at all they are totally fraud. Even they are not responding now, have not any contact call, no office.

Since June I can not withdraw money from my account. Support does not respond in any way in chat. Apparently they decided that the best way is not to get in touch with deceived customers. I hope that the public will show them that this is not the right way, and the reputation of scammers will sooner or later force them to do the right thing. I do not recommend anyone to use this service, as long as they consider their customers as animals!!! ( PS Registration in the service is still open and it suggests that the already deceived customers are not enough for them, and they want to attract more funds!)

not able to withdraw funds more than 2 months. "ongoing maintenance" scam
Since the end of July for over 2 months already the company has been keeping my money without any clear reasons. Their message about maintenance is not going away for over 2 months and they wont let me withdraw my own funds. Total scam!

Pyypl froze my money and does nothing…
Pyypl froze my money and does nothing to unfreeze it. I received the following response to my last withdrawal request: "Access to your funds has been temporarily restricted while we are undergoing a comprehensive review of business operations." It looks like a scam.

Theft and Fraud do not use
Terrible service, my money is trapped in their account. There will be an automatic reply to this review asking me for more details so they can reach out. Just FYI I have been in touch with them on numerous occasions to get my money back. They say they are working on it & close the ticket every time. Do not put your money in this card, they will steal it. I am currently finding out who is their governing body so I can report them for theft and fraud - that isn’t easy to do as they are international, however I won’t give up because I can’t even imagine how much money they have stolen from people, especially given the nature of this card, people who can’t afford the loss. Please beware of this company.

Pathetic service, stay away, Scammers
Pathetic/Worst service, stay away (as far as you can), I Deposited money inside my account and it's been more than a month i'm unable to transfer, make any payment or withdrawal my funds back and whenever we try to contact customer service they reply we're working to restore service or it's a maintenance. this is ridiculous what kind of maintenance is that in which you block the money or customers for months?
