I am waiting for a half year a refund of $ 1070!!!
On February 25, I had a cancellation on Airbnb amount of $ 1070.87. After 3 weeks, I did not receive money and wrote to the Pyypl support service and a ticket #282089 was created for my request. They clarified the details of my refund and told me to wait. Since then, the money has not been refund to my account, all my emails are answered by bot that they are doing their best. For newly created requests, they write that I have a valid ticket and close them.
Two months ago, I posted this review and got a call from Pyypl. They said that they had a technical error and they would try to investigate and return my money within a month. For a month they wrote to me weekly that an investigation was underway, but then they stopped writing again. The money was never returned.
My ticket is 282089

I have been extremely dissatisfied with Pyypl's services. Their card and online services have been down for over 45 days, and there is still no resolution or clear timeframe for when these issues will be fixed. Additionally, I am concerned that the money on our card may be lost.
Given the prolonged outage and lack of effective communication, I would strongly advise against opening an account with Pyypl. The company's failure to address these critical issues raises serious concerns about their reliability and customer service.

I've been using PYYPL MOZAMBIQUE. They have bad service, my funds are stuck for more than 10 days and the employees are rude to customers. I don't recommend this at all

Checking public ADGM register PYYLP License expires on 19/01/2025. so beware before even registering on the services.

They do not refund money to customers. If you pay with cards and you receive a refund, you lose that money. If you look at a lot of chat rooms and forums, you will see this. Unfortunately, I was convinced by my own experience, having lost 550 pounds. The store returned the funds to me on July 11. But the funds were not returned, although I provided all the information, including the official letter of refund, including the ARN number.
They completely ignore and are not responding. The chat is dead. The mail is dead. The case that I opened demanding a refund, they marked it as "Solved". It looks like they're just taking the money for themselves.
If the company wants to resolve my situation specifically, case 429967.

28.08.2024 17:45 (uae time) pyypl allegedly wants to resolve the issue and asked for additional data on this site, I asked them. so far it looks like dust in the eyes(because they could easily identify me by the number case 429967). I'll add the information later.
03.09.2024 still the same ignore. deception.

- I'm Jose Antonio, I'm a resident of Mozambique. My country's currency is MZN.
I topped up my Pyypl account through Binace for the amount of 355USDT.
- This amount was reflected in my Pyypl account in my country's currency, MZN.
- After that, I made two transfers to my country's digital wallet, Mpesa.
The amount was debited from my Pyypl account but it hasn't been reflected in my Mpesa account for over 2 days.
- I contacted Mpesa and was informed that the transfer is pending due to insufficient funds on the part of Pyypl.
I contacted Pyypl several times but I still don't have a solution.

Nothing works, there is "Service Maintenance" notification with the text "All our services are currently disabled. We apologize for the inconvenience" for several weeks already. They seem to do nothing with it and I am not able to do anything, neither pay by their card, nor return it back to my bank account. Also they pretend that they don't know about the situation and ask "We’ve requested some information from you so we can reach out and better understand the issue" - like it was only my issue. Avoid at all costs!

The company is a total scam, everything is disabled accept the topup button,they allow to deposit but they don't allow to withdraw or to spend your money, the money is just hold on the account ,I think the actual money was taken just showing us figures.

Update on my last complain about a $200 refund. These guys have sent me about 6 emails, telling me they're working on it. It's been more than 3 months of working on refunded sum that took 5 seconds for the initial payment to be made. Now, they're investigating the refund: No one has reached out to me to even ask why the refund was made, no one has told me why it has to take "up to 30 days" which is now 90+ days and no one cares. My take is, they'll never give me back my money. They're just a bunch of scammers

PYYPL deserve 0 star review. They never refund on time 😭 or probably never refund at all. Since 30th May I am still waiting for a refund for ticket #394746. I keep requesting a feedback from them about the status of the refund but they never respond. I know I have probably lost my money but please don't be fooled by pyypl because they have the worst service that will you will ever experience.

I haven't received a refund in months. Pyypl card payments were declined at two different stores. My money was debited in the app, but Pyypl refuses to credit it back to the account. Support does not answer.
Today I found out that the cards are not available at all, top-ups and withdrawals have not worked for several weeks.
Another scam. My money is gone
