I recently had a disappointing experience with Pyypl, a financial company. I requested refunds from AliExpress and other websites, but despite my efforts, Pyypl did not process these refunds. I contacted their customer service multiple times and provided all the necessary transaction details. However, instead of offering a solution, they repeatedly told me to wait. Unfortunately, this response has not resolved my issue.

That's considered a scam for me so i reported to ADGM because that's too much waiting time
I won't recommend pyypl or give 5 stars until i receive my refunds

@pyypl I made an top up of 156840.31INR.the amount was debited from my account but I didn't receive USD in my pyypl account..the transaction was done on 24/11/23 and still I didn't get any response from you..your team already raise an ticket against my complaint.

Scam, refunds never arrive, I have been waiting for a refund for 2 months and nothing, they keep the money because I have proof of my refunded invoices, I contacted them many times for support and they ignore my messages

I did a transaction with one university for their fee using Pyypl, since international transactions were blocked back then in Afghanistan. and that was the only money I had, but they stole it from me.
They said the transaction was processed, but the university never received the money, and guess what? They asked for the bank statement of the university while they were not providing any proof of transfer payment.
I asked several times for proof, but after some time they stopped answering me, and then my account was banned.
So NEVER, NEVER, EVER USE PYYPL; it is SCAM!!!!

After my review on trustpilot, pyypl reached me back. They said my card was okay, it was marchant terms that was preventing my card payment. It was complete lie. I tried another card from redotpay and payment was done without any issue. I further tried to find people with the same problem as mine. So I visited pyypl's facebook official page and surfed through the reviews. I was shocked to see so many people were ripped off their money by pyypl and they always saying the same rhetoric "our support is working around the clock to resolve the issue" or something like this. But they never resolve any issue or intended to do so. It was quite apparent from their rhetorical answers to all reviews. They lie without shame just like a thief. My 29 USD is locked on card and I will never get back I know. I dont understand how come the are still in business. They must be stopped.

On March 2, the seller I paid through Pyypl sent me a refund. On March 23, I opened a request with Pyypl support (#321690).
When I try to contact the company, bots respond to me, and they do not provide any useful information. Today, I opened another support ticket (#414595) with a complaint about the first one, and the bot again answered, "Everything is fine; usually, the refund takes 30 business days. Please wait." I've been waiting for more than three months.
It's frustrating, and I don't recommend anyone use Pyypl.

I have made a purchase using Pyypl debit card, and the purchase didn't go through, so the marchant issued a refund into the card i used, but i haven't received the refund, i contacted their call service many time, but they don't respond, and to this day i didn't receive any refund, this is so worng and unprofessional.

They blocked my account for no reason
They blocked my account for no good reason with my funds inside for a while now. but anytime I contacted them they open a new case ID ask for the same requirements. After I provide they will now keep quiet. No reply and if I contact them again they ask for the same requirements after opening the new ticket. very poor customer service. I suspect they are scammers. My pyypl number is +237678687280 unblock my account before I will remove the comment
my card was blocked due to repeated transaction request/ in case i try to reach out them using contact us feature and website email. they replayed to wait but do nothing. it was better to check the problem instead of giving email response many times.
It has been a 3 days since the issue happened Not fixed yet.
this is payment system you have to work at least on working days i feel so sorry.

I did an international transfer since 7 days ago. Funds hasn't been received neither have my money be refunded. Customer service is very poor. They phone contact in UAE does not offer u speak to an agent. The police should investigate and block this app.
