My account is being reviewed for more than two weeks now, Help Center is not answering even though I provided all the documents they asked for. After days of ignoring me, they have the audacity to send me an email saying that "the issue is resolved". It's not resolved at all, the account is still in beurocracy hell!

From December 2023 it is impossible to use a virtual card. The virtual card has been unavailable in the app. I sent request to Pyypl support on Marh 5, 2024. Number of request 294928 and and only received an automatic response. Three months in the app I see text instead of the card number: "requesting a virtual card is currently unavailbable. Please try again"

Horrible customer service
I had problem with the very low quality app, which has a lot of glitchs, that hasn't allowed me to login from the begining. I have submitted the ticket (284536) the agent responded in 5 minutes and told me to login and add my email (which is added by the way).
It is very obvious that the agent didnt talk any time to read my message carefully, and immidiatly i received a message tellling me that the ticket was resolved.
My advice for everyone: ITS YOUR MONEY DON'T RISK IT WITH THEM.

They only accept passports to verify your identity. You know there are alot of people who don't have passports. Every other bank requires you to have a government issued photo ID/driver's license and to take a selfie video/picture. Where does pyypl get off thinking they are better than everyone else. What a shame. They will never make it in the big leagues...

I have been using pyypl for a few months now and I am very satisfied with the service. They offer a fast, secure, and convenient way to send and receive money online. Their fees are reasonable and their customer support is responsive and helpful.
However, there is one thing that I think they need to improve on: their refund policy. I had a situation where I had to request a refund from a seller who did not deliver the product I ordered. It took pyypl more than two weeks to process my refund, which I think is too long. I understand that they have to verify the transaction and protect both parties, but I wish they could speed up their refund process and make it more transparent.

Do not trust UAE PYYPL because they cut 5050 Dhs from my account. I sent the multiple email to them to return my money back but they did not.
Pyypl has no valied telephone number in their website. They will not aswer to their land line and mobile number that they mentioned on their website. Try to call to below number to find out that you can not trust the pyypl in UAE.

After my last review on Feb 27, 2024 regarding the lost of my money. Pyypl's Customer Agents emailed me and sent my money back. I am happy!
Definitely, my experience with them is excellent!

PS I ve got my money
13 of January I debited 100$ through smartcontract in their app. In 1.5 month I didn't get my money and support didn't help me. And today they closed my ticket. So I've lost 100$.

Customer service is no good. You can get prompt automated, pre-defined blurbs, but not real updates froma person. They close tickets without giving any resolution. The stock standard answer would be, the team is working on it, and close the ticket. I have been following up on a refund for almost 30 days now. No refund, no real updates. Just closed tickets without any resolution. Dealing with CS is frustrating.

Why your pyypl system app is not accepting money transfer to Philippines during night time up to early in the morning? Your statement in your blog says your service is 24/7. It is misleading when you are not attending services late night till mid morning. Please remove 24/7 when you are not able to do it as the customer will not top up funds that can not withdrawn having no physical card.
I had top up 27 feb 16:25 and after countless and stressful tries to send money to Philippines, I was successfully only at 28 Feb 13:07. Do the math how to count that in between.... And place your feet on my shoes....
Hopefully in future, if your system is ongoing system upgrade for sending money then your service for top up shall be off as well... To sum up, 3 star for resolving the issue, 5 star for instant received funds when there is no system upgrade, 1 star for management services since it is not 24/7 service. Average rating 3 star.
