Product arrived

100 shipping updates; product never arrived.
The product did eventually arrive. But why would Qathu start asking for reviews days before it arrived? Immediately their legal department threatened lawsuits about the negative review, but could not be contacted. I tried; it's scary. Whatever you do, don't post a bad review.

This review appears premature. According to tracking LX059358291NL, the shipment is still within the confirmed delivery timeframe valid until May 27 and remains actively in transit.

At the moment the carrier has not classified the parcel as lost or undeliverable.

Product not delivered

Got an email stating this my perfume was delivered, it was not delivered and have no information as to where it is. They’ve taken the payment but never delivered the product, wouldn’t use them again.

*Edit to Qathu response 15/05/2026 - I received an email to state order #4471 was delivered and asking for feedback, I submitted feedback. The Qathu website states in transit - GLS tracking has not been updated since the 6th of May - Tracking app 'Shop' has no update whatsoever so the feedback is no it hasnt been delivered because simp;y put the product hasnt been delivered. Who is the carrier in Ireland that delivers? Has it been through customs? Where is the package? It might not be expensive but the point is its not delivered and there is no updated information.

2. Some objective questions:

If the parcel was allegedly “never delivered”, why was customer support not contacted before publishing a reputational 1-star review?
Response I received an email to state order #4471 was delivered and asking for feedback, I submitted feedback. It was not delivered and I’m finding it hard to understand how Qathu thinks it is as the organisation website does not state delivered.

3. Why omit that the shipment was sent through tracked international delivery with carrier scans available?
Response: Answered with the information pasted in this thread – I will be keeping it updated here on trust pilot. Tracking has not been updated since 6th or May on GLS – no update on Qathu and zero update on tracking app Shop other than shipped, so no correct tracked international delivery. Please note I have screen shots of all three time stamped.

Why state “they have no information” when a GLS tracking reference exists and logistics investigations can only begin after proper support escalation? – Again I followed the email sent by Qathu stating delivery and asking for feedback.

Was a neighbour, reception desk or safe place verification already completed before publishing the accusation publicly? Answered – I was home

Was a carrier loss declaration or formal non-delivery report ever submitted? Not my job

International shipments occasionally require carrier verification procedures before final conclusions can be reached. Publicly stating that a company “took the payment but never delivered” before completion of those procedures is a very serious allegation.
Response – it wasn’t delivered – no updates on any tracking sites, the Quathu website states:

Response – No it doesn’t
It beggars belief that an organisation cannot update tracking properly and also doesn’t deliver. I have ordered internationally a lot and always receive updates regarding shipping, parcel at customs, hand over to Irish shipping or An Post, this is standard. I will leave this with Qathu and update this thread accordingly. It is NOT the consumers job to follow up with shipping companies, that is the job of the supplier.

From what I see there seems to be no communication between Qathu - GLS or Tracking App Shop. If Qathu received notification of delivery they need to follow up with the courier, not me.

Edit 18/05/2026 - checked the GLS shipping website and they still havent received the item for delilvery, item ordered on 20th April, nearly a month ago. No update from Qathu as to where this package is either. Have seen a lot of negative reviews here about this company. GLS site reads: The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS.

Yes Qathu, it is an interesting update with no actual information existing as to where this package is.

Interesting update.

Your own additions now explicitly confirm that:

* the shipment exists,
* the GLS tracking reference exists,
* export scans exist,
* international hub scans exist,
* and the parcel is objectively moving inside a cross-border logistics workflow.

That is materially different from the original public implication that payment was taken without shipment activity existing at all.

You repeatedly present “lack of immediate scan updates” as equivalent to “no shipment” or “non-delivery established”. Those are not equivalent concepts.

Your own pasted chronology shows:

* shipment creation,
* carrier registration,
* export processing,
* international hub routing,
* and active transit status.

You also continue confusing different infrastructures:

* merchant systems,
* GLS export routing,
* customs/export processing,
* Shop app synchronization,
* and final-mile Irish injection.

These systems do not update simultaneously in real time.

Another contradiction remains visible:

You publicly state:

Interesting review timing, considering order #4541 is visibly still in active international transit under tracking code LX059765729NL and already shows operational scans inside the logistics network, including transfer depot processing on 13 May 2026.

So some objective questions become necessary:

How can a parcel be declared “not delivered” as misconduct when the shipment is objectively still moving inside the international carrier pipeline?

Why omit that the order is not marked as delivered at all, but simply “In Transit”?

Why publish a 1-star reputational attack only 4 hours ago while the logistics process is still ongoing within the contractual delivery window?

Why write “Nothing has been delivered” as if a confirmed delivery failure existed, when the tracking itself shows active movement toward the United States destination?

Did you genuinely expect an international shipment to teleport from Europe to California without transit scans and depot handling?


The shipment linked to Dana Point, California 92629 remains active and documented. International logistics require export handling, linehaul movement, customs processing and local injection before final delivery. None of those stages are evidence of non-shipment.

Publicly implying that a company accepted payment and failed to ship goods while the parcel is demonstrably in transit is extremely misleading. All timestamps, carrier scans and export records remain fully available.

The shipment linked to order #4523 does not result as “lost”.

Tracking 3SKDWD001489543 shows:
“RETURN DELIVERED BY CARRIER - RETURN DELIVERED” on 09 May 2026.

This means the carrier registered the parcel as returned/delivered within the logistics network, which is objectively incompatible with the public statement claiming that the order simply “didn’t arrive”.

Why was this operational tracking information omitted from the review?
