Wonderful customer care and service from Linda at Qbis. It’s a family firm and that really shows. I had a problem with a set of lights and Linda responded immediately and her son checked the two sets of beautiful sunset cluster lights I ordered, posted them super fast, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Lovely company and lovely lights that I think are exclusive to Qbis :)

We had a problem with an item purchased. The company were excellent in responding, made various suggestions which unfortunately did not resolve the problem, and we were subsequently asked to return the product. This I did two days ago, and in my postbox this morning, I had received a replacement item. Can’t ask for more than that, I’m very very happy with the way the company handled our issue. Good quality item, really speedy despatch with next morning delivery!

My sunset lights stopped working properly after 9 months. I contacted Qbis and asked if they would be able to repair or replace under the warranty. Linda identified the issue and sent out a new transformer to me. It was here within 48 hours and now I have working lights again. The customer service is fantastic and the lights are beautiful. I highly recommend this business.

Customer care is absolutely amazing and so approachable it felt like I was talking to friends. I had a problem with Royal Mail delivery and Linda took over and sorted it out. It’s the sort of company that if you have a problem they will do their utmost to resolve. You can have unforeseen problems with any purchase but not every company works through the problem with you so efficiently and communication was above and beyond. Speedy delivery and great customer service

This is a bit belated but I really wanted to leave feedback for such a great company and excellent customer service. Fantastic communication. I ordered Sunset® Micro Lights, Multi Function Fairy String Lights in red, orange & yellow (With remote control) before Christmas for our disused gas fire space. They were very nice but I wanted to exchange them for the Sunset2 lights so that there was more orange/red glow. Linda and Russell went above and beyond, they are a local company to us which we hadn't realised and they couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Really delighted with the Sunset2 and they make the room very cosy and it was perfect at Christmastime. We still use them now. Highly recommended. Thank you both very much. PB

Fab service and good quality feather string lights - although quite a few of the feathers have fallen out already just taking it out of the box. It’s very delicate so tricky to affix I’m sure :)

Bought a set of micro LED string lights. Unfortunately, they suddenly stopped working after a couple of weeks. Contacted Linda at Qbis who provided fantastic customer service. Lights were replaced immediately and the whole process was completely hassle free. Good old fashioned customer service from a family owned business. Highly recommend.

I have placed a couple of orders and all turned up on time, but importantly the quality is really good.
This Christmas I also used ones from last year that I used in my fireplace that I don't light and the red and orange ones look so nice.
Unlike other string lights that use batteries,these last much longer .
Also the plug in timer lights are so convenient.
Would highly recommend this company,so glad I found them last year.

FABULOUS - Warm White Cluster lights

I discover QBIS by accident when looking on line for cluster lights. I had seen some in a coffee house that I had been to and wanted the same pretty look for my living room. I found, ordered and the lights arrived in super quick time and I am delighted. The lights are just as described, super pretty, good value and look lovely.
The quality of the lights is amazing and the information that came with them is first class. Qbis will now be my go to place for all lights in the future.

QBIS is a family business and so you get that little extra touch, to make your custom feel both important and appreciated. This is the first time I had heard of QBIS and the first time I’ve purchased anything from them. I bought their cluster lights in warm white with silver wire. They look beautiful and the quality of them is absolutely fantastic. QBIS will be the place I go to from now on for any of my micro lights replacements. I love the fact they have an efficiency A rating, they are definitely worth every penny. Absolutely chuffed to bits with my purchase. 🥰

I discovered Qbis lights by accident whilst searching online, and I am glad I did!

Trying to find the perfect lights for Christmas is not as easy as you may think, but this small company has nailed it with their super selection of lights.

The 800 plug in cluster lights have a lovely warm glow, and the wires almost dissappear in the tree, and the warm white battery lights, also on a green wire means you can put lights anywhere, so they are ideal if you want to be creative.

So at long last my search is over, and I'm excited to see what they come up with next.

All in all, super service, swift delivery, and great customer service, so thank you for making my Christmas 🎄
