Exceptional service from Miss Nadia and the team

​I cannot recommend QC Law Solicitors enough. Our case was quite complex because the other driver was untraced, meaning we had to claim through the Motor Insurers’ Bureau. Miss Nadia took complete control of the case, gave clear, top-tier legal advice at every stage, and chased everything down relentlessly until it was sorted. She was proactive, responsive, and completely on the ball from start to finish. Truly grateful for all the hard work!

Disappointing after strong start

Attentive at first, but as claim proceeded quality of service decreased as I suspect my claim was not of high importance (High Value). Medical Exam took an extremely long time to book in and was poor quality. Emailing to organise times to call during working hours would vastly improve quality of service. They have hounded me more about filling in this review.
