Great service with fast response to my emails - took the stress out of arranging my original mortgage and it’s renewal 2 years on. Highly recommended.

A massive thanks to Andrea and Mitch for helping me once again, this is the 4th time I’ve used Q Financial Services and everyone they have been faultless.

Without doubt using these guys is the easiest part of any house move I’ve experienced.

I was referred to Q Financial Service initially by a friend. I was searching for a buy to let mortgage and was extremely happy with the mortgage offer that was found for me.

I liaised directly with Simon originally, then was transferred to Kirsty once mortgage offer was secured.

Throughout the process, I found Q Financial Services to be very responsive to any queries (big or small), they explained every step perfectly without all the technical jargon, so I knew what was going on at each stage.

My requirements weren’t exactly simple from the off, but Q Financial Services have extremely diligent Individuals working for them who did not miss a single thing I asked for.

The ‘after sales’ customer support was absolutely spot on too. They went above and beyond to chase through the completion of my mortgage and even helped unblock issues that my solicitor was facing!

I will never use anyone else to find me mortgages and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

We were advised to use Q Financial Services by a local estate agent and it has proved to be the best move we have made. Not only has the team secured the best mortgage for us, but Simon has also helped to find us affordable life insurance. Both Simon and Kirsty were very approachable and in our opinion went above and beyond to ensure that we secured the property we wanted, right up to the day we got the keys! Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, extremely good value for money, I have used Q for two buy-to-let mortgages and they have found me the best rates, made everything easy to understand, helped me secure the loans and nothing has been too much trouble for Simon or Kirsty thanks both!!

Amazing experience with Q financial.. they honestly couldn’t have done anymore for us and given us better service!! My initial thoughts were that I won't be able to get a mortgage because I already have a mortgage on my name but Q Financial helped me not just to get a mortgage but also at a good rate. Very high quality customer service, everything is explained in details with prompt communication.
