Anna with her team were an incredible help on our house buying journey. It was important for us not to lose time studying, comparing, and understanding all the mortgage processes, and even wondering at the end of the day if we had chosen the best offer. Anna guided us through the process and explained everything, promptly answered all of our queries, informed us about the drop in the rates, and we had the best experience with the RICS surveyor and conveyancer she recommended. Super friendly, patient, and somehow managed to make mortgages feel less scary (which I didn’t think was possible). Everything was explained clearly, no question felt silly, and the whole process was way less stressful than expected. Would 100% recommend.
