We can’t express our gratitude enough for the support we have had from Q financial services. We have dealt with Mitch, Andrea, Emma and Piers and each and every one have gone above and beyond to help us with our house purchase and everything in between! We have had a really difficult time with unreliable solicitors and the support and advice we have been given from Q has been fantastic, as first time buyers everything was new to us and from beginning to end we have had support. Emma was kind enough to call us after we had completed to congratulate us we didn’t even get that from our solicitors. Also we have had fantastic help and advice from Joanne in relation to our utility bills. Q are literally there for you through it all and help and advise on literally everything in and around purchasing your house.

Had a long running issue with a motor finance agreement. The team were always very polite and professional throughout, took ownership of the issue and kept me updated at all times until a satisfactory resolution was found, and in a timely manner. Special thanks to John for sorting it all out. Highly recommend.

David Wells and his team have recently supported the rapid growth of our bakery business with finance deals on 2 pastry sheeters and our new 50 pallet freezer. These machines have increased our production output by over 30% which has been crucial to our growth this year. The service and advice was brilliant from all the team. We would highly recommend speaking to Q as we are already in discussions for our next deal.

Absolutely amazing team. Andrew was there even after work hours to answer any questions. Within 24 hours of contacting him (on a Friday evening) I had my offer accepted, mortgage in principle and the house was off the market. Andrea kept me up to take every week or 2, and again was there to help if I had any questions or needed any advice.

On the day I moved in they both contacted me to check everything had worked out and to congratulate me. Really nice personal touch.
Can’t recommend this company enough. As a first time buyer they made everything far less stressful than it could’ve been!

Excellent service from Piers and Ben - great communication and updates throughout the process. Would highly recommend both of them and the company that they represent.

Came across Q Financial as they are local to me but would highly recommend and would use again. Simon found the right deal for our remortgage having the experience to wait for the right lender. Then was given weekly updates from Andrea who was excellent. Saved me having to call my solicitor as she would provide me with the updates I needed to know.
Would recommend to anyone after remortgage or mortgage to use Q. Great service.

The advice and support Ben and Emma at Q Financial gave me during the process of buying my first property was fantastic. They were always around to answer any questions I had. I also felt like they genuinely had my back when issues such as solicitor delays occurred. They would independently follow up on pending issues and report on their status. This was particularly helpful in the final stages of the purchase. Thanks again to both Ben and Emma for all you've done and I'll definitely come back to you in the future for other matters.

Q Financial & Andrea have been absolutely fantastic in the whole home buying process for us from asking them to be our broker all the way to completion!!! We are first time buyers and they really couldn’t have made the process more simple, getting us the best mortgage deal on the market for us and helping us sort life insurance and and advising us on buildings and contents !!
