Jacques and Kirsty were amazing throughout the process of buying our 1st home. We received weekly updates on the progress with the solicitors and ensured nothing slipped through the cracks. They always went the extra mile for us, providing all the advice and guidance to ensure we were happy. I would 100% recommend using Q Financial.

Jacques and Kirsty were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We used Q financial to complete our re mortgage. When we ran into an issue with the Land Registry Jacques and Kirsty went above and beyond to get the issue sorted ASAP, reassuring us and keeping us updated throughout! Jacques offered sound advice meaning we have saved money and come out with a product we are very pleased with. Genuine people that care and take pride in the service they provide. I recently used Q financial to buy my first home and honestly cannot recommend them enough, as a first time buyer with limited knowledge it can be a very daunting process and Andrew Dunn and Emma Dalton we're fantastic in guiding me through every step of the way.

I literally don't have enough words to express how amazed we have been with the service offered and provided by David at Q.

After an initial email or two with David he came to see us face to face (which in this day an age is so important and means a lot, especially when involving money). We both felt totally at ease with David and just knew we could trust him from the outset.

David became our guru throughout the whole process of buying our commercial property. Being busy business owners ourselves and to be honest, no clue about property purchasing, David was just a god send.

Although the purchase dragged on longer than intended (not anyone's fault), David was on the ball, on the end of the phone or email all the time. In fact David was in contact with us with regular updates and being our muscle in the fighting corner (you know what it's like with solicitors/sellers etc)

We cannot thank David enough for all of his help, support, knowledge and wisdom. This deal truly wouldn't of happened with him.

Overall great experience, I can not complain at the service delivered. Emails were always fast to be sent and received, any query I had was answered. Ben and Emma did a great job, even when I had to apply for a mortgage extension they well fully supportive, I would recommend them to anyone in future
