I became in a horrible situation and found it hard from covid how to pay my credit cards , was when I got letters of visits from bailiffs became scared I looked at who could help and when I contacted quality insolvency services I they were so understanding helpful and really helped out of this mess I highly recommend them for their help and now I don't worry about the debt thankyou

I had a great experience since first call to qis, my first contact was Thomas Doherty who explained me all I needed to know.
Very helpfull and straight forward ( and friendly! ).
My IVA was just approved after quick process, it took just around 3 weeks from 1st call.
I'd definitely recommend QIS to anyone with financial problems or if you just seek an advice.

My experience was great because I was nervous and bit ashamed of getting myself in dept ,but was made to feel relaxed and confident that I was doing right thing,these people are so nice and understanding and helped me all the way with forms and everything stayed with me all throu my application and told me to ring them anytime I needed to know something only regret ive got is that I left it so long to contact them, aufull glad I have now .

After being Scammed I turned to QIS for guidance and help, Thomas Doherty was my POC, he ran me through how they could help, and after selecting an option suited to me Tom proceeded with an insolvency solution. Fantastic company made a what could of been a very stressful situation stress free, brilliant communication and always at the end of a phone with any questions or worries I had. My adviser was Thomas Doherty who was brilliant so supportive and understanding cannot recommend Thomas highly enough.

When you find yourself at the lowest you can ever get Thomas docherty answers the phone to a company that is your last hope he not only helped me he didn’t judge me he helped me sleep which I hadn’t done for months this company has give me life back and if you need help this company will do that !with confidence caring and ease ! Applied in august hey called me after meeting saying it was approved then in the same call i was placed on hold to tell me it wasn’t after that no communication at all. After few calls and emails one woman from
Meeting team called me to patronise me saying who diagnosed me with anxiety and depression, she said ill get back to creditors no updates and then a senior member said he will take the case and update me since then i havent even received a call. Not to mention they advise me to not pay now im 3 months in arrears, when i wanted to prevent all of this and now all creditors are contacting me to make payments that i cant afford, some of the creditors gave me updates and froze my arrears for 60 days

After an exhausting search came up with another company that seems to care and want to help.

Its hard in this present day climate that there is such a company as this. For years I have buried my head in the sand with regard to debt etc and it was by chance I contacted QIS. Right from the beginning they have been helpful, sympathetic to my problems and extremely professional expecially Jesse Deacon. Thank you so much for your help and understanding

Although the reason for my application being declined was down to the creditors. I had zero communication from QIS and had to call 6 times to get updates. All of which I was promised a call back and none happened. As far as I'm aware no work had actually been done to negotiate an agreement and after being advised I didn't need to make any further payments to my creditors, has now left me in arrears which was the whole point of me applying in the first place. Where I was trying to be proactive and avoid financial difficulty this has ended up the complete opposite due to the lack of care from my account manager. I would hope they would take more care in future as I'm sure many other applicants are in much worse situations than me and therefore the impacts could be greater.

I have been absolutely satisfied with the help that QIS have given me, they have been superb in solving any questions that I may have, very polite, and allowed me to get on with my life without all the worry I had before, I am so grateful to them having made such a difference to my well being, so many, many thanks to you all, I would recommend QIS to any one. as in the name QUALITY.
