My wife and I have recently purchased our very first home, and going into the process we were completely naive about what to expect and how everything worked. From the very first phone call through to his latest follow-up email six weeks after completion, Chris has been a constant source of support, guidance, and reassurance.

His knowledge of the mortgage and home-buying process is exceptional, and he always took the time to explain everything clearly, no matter how many questions we had. What really sets Chris apart is his approachable and genuinely caring attitude. He was always available when we needed him, kept us updated throughout, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward.

We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Evolve Financial Solutions and, in particular, our adviser, James Manders.

Having used the company around 10 years ago and receiving excellent service, we approached them again in early February well in advance of our requirements. We were looking for Agreements in Principle for five straightforward buy-to-let mortgages and, as experienced developers and portfolio landlords, we expected a professional and responsive service.

Unfortunately, despite numerous emails, phone calls and repeated contact with both the head office and main office, we continually had to chase for updates. We were repeatedly assured that matters were being dealt with and that information would be sent over, but nothing ever materialised.

After months of waiting and several broken promises, we had no option but to instruct another broker, who dealt with our requirements promptly and efficiently.

We do not normally leave negative reviews, but we are genuinely shocked and disappointed that a company we had previously held in such high regard could provide such poor communication and lack of follow-through. Given the potential for ongoing business, we simply cannot understand how this level of service is considered acceptable.

Based on our recent experience, we would not recommend Evolve Financial Solutions.

Jayden was beyond supportive in helping me to complete the assessment for shared ownership property and secure our new home. Patient, positive and super responsive, Jayden had the knowledge and confidence to guide my decision making and put together a financial proposal that I was comfortable I could afford long-term, kindly tailored to my personal circumstances. I can't recommend (or thank) Jayden enough :)

Tanner and the team were excellent from the start. Made it easy for me and kept me well informed throughout!

If you like emails without any personal touches and are a fan of copy and paste, errors in the emails for the recommendations that not the lowest rate. Then this is the place to come for a generic mortgage where your broker will take the most commission.

We have worked with Paul U. at Evolve Financial solutions over the last three mortgage renewals and we keep coming back because their service and advice is absolutely very helpful and has made those three remortgage experiences stress free. I would recommend their services and will definitely be working with them again on our next renewal.
