I've been just about keeping my head above water, but since covid and the cost of living has gone crazy, it was out of control. I found QIS online and thought I'd give it a try to see if I can get help. That in it self is hard enough to do, I felt such a failure but they were really nice and made me feel so much better. All my options were explained fully and advised all the way through the process. A massive weight is off my shoulders now. Thank you QIS 😊

I’m called and spoke to an amazingly helpful girl called Chelsea she made everything sound easy and the video links were a great help as I had no clue as to what I wanted to do. She was so understanding of my situation and honestly put my mind at ease. The time she took was brilliant, I can honestly say taking this IVA has made my life a lot easier and is so much more affordable.
I had my welcome call from Emma too and again explained everything incase I missed or wasn’t sure and expressed that if I needed anything to contact them via my portal or call them.
Honestly if your worrying please call it’s the best call your make.
