There is no clinic I would trust more! I have been multiple times for different treatments and the level of service is never short of outstanding. It’s welcoming and friendly which other aesthetic clinics in Harley Street have seriously lacked. Dr Ayad and Dr Mo really take the time to understand what you want, they really care about their patients and their results are beautiful. I travel 1.5 hours to get here as I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I always enjoy going to the clinic, Sarah, Rebecca, Mo and Narinder are so professional and always make me feel at home, really super chilled atmosphere. The result of my treatment is always amazing and I would highly recommed this practice to anyone looking Aesthetics.

What can I say, Dr Ayad is simply the best. I cannot thank you enough for how you have changed the way I feel about my nose and the confidence it has now given me.

I originally came to Dr Ayad in April 2022 for the 3 point rhino after hating the bump in my nose for as long as I can remember. I first came across this procedure on television a few years ago and it took me nearly 2 years to pluck up the courage to go ahead and book the appointment with him - I should have done it years ago! He explained everything to me, and made me feel at complete ease with barely any pain at all. My new nose I LOVE, it looks so natural and like it has always been that way - nobody knew I had had the procedure done which was exactly what I wanted, it was perfect!

I returned today after a year for my 2nd treatment and once again, I cannot thank you enough - it is just perfect, thank you!

Very experienced people very helpful went for a Tear Troughs but when I got there they advised me that it would not be suitable for me and that i would be wasting my money I chose to go with there advice. I decided that have a 3 Point Rhino which I was going to get at a later date and I’m very pleased with the results a big thank you for not tacking my money and being honest I will be going back for some more treatment has they are very trustworthy.

I never normally write reviews but when I was researching the non-surgical nose job, I found reviews of Dr Ayad's service and work so helpful they encouraged me to take the plunge...and I'm beyond grateful I did. I wanted to do the same for others who were considering the treatment.

I've never previously had any treatments and was very nervous about the concept of changing my face and having the 3-point rhino, but as soon as I spoke to Dr Ayad and had a consultation I felt reassured and in safe hands - so much so I booked the treatment there and then.

The treatment itself was virtually painless and really smooth and the results have been completely life changing. I don't even have the words to express my gratitude to Dr Ayad for transforming my life and completely changing how I feel when I look in the mirror. I was a post surgical case, on the verge of considering revision rhinoplasty, thinking that a complete restructure of my nose under GA for £25K upwards was my only option. My nose was deviated following my first surgery and there were odd dents and indentations that made my nose look ‘done’.

Dr Ayad explained everything to me and what we could and could not do, realistically, with my nose. I was really happy with the outcome that day. I did suffer from some complications in the days after (due to the fact that I am a post surgical case and I was completely aware of these risks), but throughout that whole process afterward I could not fault Dr Ayad and Sarah’s prompt and considerate aftercare. It was really stressful but under their wing my stress levels were significantly diminished and fortunately the complications did not progress and worsen.

I am not sure if he hears this too much or not enough, but I hope Dr Ayad and his team never underestimate the impact, of their work and the overall service they so successfully provide.

On my first visit to Dr Ayad clinic, I was greeted by such friendly staff and made to feel so welcome. The waiting area was modern, clean and well lit.

I saw the lovely Dr Natalie for a 3 point rhino treatment who first asked me what I didn’t like about my nose (profile or front) and after listening to my thoughts, she explained what to expect, what will be done during treatment, she kept me informed of what was happening, if I was ok etc. The treatment took around 15 minutes (I think!) and wasn’t painful but just a slight discomfort at the injection to the top of the nose. I was told what to do and what not to do after treatment and also sent this info by email.

I am really looking forward to my 6 week check up as the staff are so professional and friendly and I’m so glad I went to the Bicester clinic for my first treatment.

Dr Ayad is a true professional and master at what he does, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nose. I’ve visited twice now for the 3 point rhino treatment and felt at ease both times, leaving with a smaller and more defined nose which is now in proportion to the rest of my face. I had a 3pr liquid rhinoplasty, 10/6/22. It was my first time having the procedure and I was extremely nervous. I had had a consultation with Dr Ayad previously, but he again took his time, before the procedure to reiterate, his vision of what he thought was best for my face, In a friendly, informative manner and took time out to answer any questions before the procedure. Now for someone who thought there was no hope for their nose, Dr Ayad demonstrated, masterfully, why he certainly is the nose guy.
Dr Ayad balanced my nose and side profile, in ways which I thought were not possible and I couldn’t believe the after result! The procedure itself, was not very painful at all, and as someone who does not have a high pain threshold, I found it completely tolerable.
The following days post procedure, I had a few aftercare questions, which Sara and Molly really helped with and put my mind at ease.
Dr Ayad and his team really are lovely- and I would highly recommend coming here, if you’re considering a liquid rhinoplasty, it’s definitely worth it.

I recently visited Dr Ayad in London for a complex 3 point procedure. I have been deeply unhappy with my nose for the last 12 years since my 2 rhinoplasties which did not go well.
I was very nervous and unsure if he would be able to do anything to help as I had a collapsed bridge, some lumps and bumps and quite a bit of scarring inside my nose. …now I wish I had gone sooner as I’m really happy with the results.

After having undergone a septo-rhinoplasty in the UK in July 2021, I was left distraught with my outcome. I decided to book in with Dr Ayad as I mentally could not get my head around a potential revision but felt that it was my only way of salvaging the situation. I was very wrong.

As many people who have undergone a rhinoplasty will know, a surgical rhinoplasty opens up a can of worms that no one informs you about nor do we as patients expect. The 3 point liquid rhinoplasty, saved my life and I do not say those words lightly.

Upon entering the clinic, I felt welcome from the offset. It was a polite and calm environment and although I was overwhelmed the staff did their upmost to help me relax.

Dr Ayad is simply an expert in what he does in its entirety, from diagnosis all the way through to treatment he understands and sees the issues instantaneously. In addition to that, he focuses on and places heavy weighting on the balance and harmony of your features as well as the importance of your ethnicity. Which I feel within this industry is sadly but often over looked. I barely had to explain what my problems were before he was already taking the words out of my mouth and onto treatment routes.

I had my filler on Saturday, it is now Tuesday and within the past 3 days the changes have been remarkable. I am no longer staring at the pavement or covering my face with my hands out of sheer embarrassment. I have gone from looking like I have a heavily operated nose to a very normal and natural one. In addition to all that, the treatment is quick and painless.

I finally feel like I can put this horrible chapter in my life behind me and move on. So for anyone considering this as a viable option be it prior to primary or as an option rather than revision, book in and see what can be done because there are a lot more options than surgery and one I wish I had known prior to going down this road.
