I am utterly dumbfounded and flabbergasted at the state that parcel arrived in! I paid over £40 for three prints and I essentially received three squashed and damaged piece of paper!

I would expect prints to be rolled up into a tube container be posted out instead they were sent in a long rectangular box and folded in on themselves.

When the parcel arrived, I thought they can’t possibly be my prints. I couldn’t believe at the absolute date of them. They are unusable, scratched and have fold lines through them. Why on earth would you send this out to any customer????

I’m really sorry to be leaving this review as I’m not normally somebody to leave any negative reviews however I can’t see any other way to get a response as I’ve tried and I’m not getting anywhere.

I spent over £300 across two orders ordering items from wanderdoll, all of the items were from the same collection. I just wanted to try different sizes on and different lengths in the skirt.

The shorter version of the skirt and the first size I ordered in the bodysuit were too small all I did was try these items on realised that they did not quite fit, bagged them up immediately ready to be sent back and then went online to order a long skirt and a larger top in the bodysuit.

I was delighted with the larger size in the bodysuit and the long skirt I felt $1 million in these clothes.

With the unworn items in Goodwill, I sent these straight back, they were returned in the exact condition that they were received in with full labels and ribbons attached. It’s a physical impossibility that these could have been worn or could be in an unsuitable condition due to the attachment of said ribbons and labels.

I was totally horrified to receive an email this morning declining my return due to an alleged ‘stain’ that was found which looks like a small piece of white dust which actually mimics some white dust staining that is shown on some black leather fabric in the background of the photo.

To further evidence the fact that I have not worn these items and that I returned them in perfect condition I even sent the brand a photo of me wearing the items I kept. It’s very clear to see that I have not worn these items and that I have sent them back in the condition they were received in.


I’m really stressed out by this whole situation. I can’t seem to get a response from anybody and I’m not sure how to proceed with this. Please could somebody reach out to resolve this situation and issue me with the refund that I am due.

Any response would be gratefully received as I just really want to get this sorted out.
