I switched off auto renewal on my home insurance

I switched off auto renewal on my home insurance policy with them as the renewal was more expensive than other better insurance company's,next thing you I get a email saying your not covered now even though it has 3 weeks left,trying to get in touch with them is impossible as you get out through to a chat bot and they cannot answer any of your questions,then they say try again later, I've never ever claimed on insurance but think it would be nearly impossible if I had to,think again before taking out insurance with this lot

Although there is minimum options to…

Although there is minimum options to connect to people not chatbots, all staff are incredibly fast and useful. I would like to specifically mention Amber for sorting out the extension of my courtesy car. Overall a pretty bad system but very helpful staff

Building and Contents

Been with for a few years for buildings and contents. Always check my new quote and they seem to come out ok price wise so i have stayed. I think a few years ago made a claim for broken freezer and was paid out straight away.

Contact nightmare

Worst company for insurance . Only contact is via bot or email when i simple call can answer query . Even when on the bot chat no one appeared to answer my query . Will not be renewing as dress to think what it would be like should I have an issue

Horrendous

Horrendous - took my money and never gave me a policy. Can’t find any phone number to speak with a human, it’s all online and you chat with a “bot” that’s absolutely no use to anyone. When you ask for help, it does nothing. I cannot stress this enough - AVOID THIS COMPANY. I’m now at a financial loss of almost £200 and I’ve had to write a complaint to them online as this company don’t appear to have access to telephones.

I cancelled my recent auto-renewal and it’s been a nightmare as they took the money out of my credit card anyway. There is no number to call, no email provided and it’s very frustrating to reverse the charge. Never using them again

No support

No phone number or email to get in touch! There is only a robot that you can't discuss your issues. It has only some default options!

What a frustrating company.

Once again this company is doing my head in.
I have been round in circles trying to cancel a policy which is not now required and is not due till 11/11/2024.

I have gone through the whole cancellation procedure and precisely filled in all questions. The result is that I arrive back at square one and have to go through the whole saga again. Only put in this position as Morethan insurance who I have been with for years no longer offer home insurance and effectively dumped me at renewal time!!

Poor customer service from email that they can’t read properly.

Have my car insurance with these they might be a bit cheaper but the trade off is you can’t actually speak with anyone directly which for me now is a big no no. There system gave me incorrect details for my car and nothing comes up manually so after noticing this was incorrect details I tried again and the correct details was now displayed for my car trying to get the right details for my car insurance they want to add £30 admin fee which I shouldn’t be paying for there incorrect system every email different person person replied not knowing what the original question was as probably based in whooopp whooop land even though they could see email trail. Very frustrating and customer service very poor they can’t even be bothered to phone you either. When car insurance is up for renewal would avoid and won’t be recommended either!!!

By far the worst insurance company i…

By far the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. At least 1 hour on hold to speak to anyone. I was involved in a non fault accident and QMH did everything in there power to avoid giving me a courtesy car by claiming the car was a write off without any inspection what so ever, therefore voiding my rights to a courtesy car.
Now my car has been deemed repairable i have been told it will be sometime in the next week that i may have a courtesy car sorted. Absolutely no contact from QMH i have had to wait for an hour every time i want to speak to them. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Technical issue!! for a online only…

Technical issue for an online only support isn't good enough!

I noticed that my NCD on policies is 10 year not 11 they received this information from the previous company.

I have been trying to rectify this but unfortunately login on to the email part doesn't work with amazon sign in (which the main web sight dose) as amazon sign in is my only way of login in this has meant i have had to send multiple messages to them via the Guest option (i can even set up quote me happy account) - I don't know what their SLA is but i have had no response to 3 messages in 7 days (i don't even get confirmation the message has been sent or received) so may be issues there end) - At this point i am tempted to activate 14 day cooling off period and spend £28 pound to leave

Auto policy renewal

I have tried to enter my account with this company several times to cancel my policy and it kept locking me out. I then tried to use their service as a guest quoting my policy no, which was nine digits and their system would not accept my email advising I need to enter a nine or 10 digit number! As thee policy’s are auto renew I don’t think they want you to contact them.

The worst motor insurance company I've…

The worst motor insurance company I've ever had to deal with in 40 years...Its an internet based company, but when there are mistakes made on application. ( Initially highlighted by QMH) that need to be dealt with on the web site, it is impossible to access my account to make corrections to information. I have been trying for 2 days, continuously changing my password in an attempt gain access, sending messages for help without any assistance forthcoming. I am now attempting to exit this "company" 2 days within the 14 day Cooling off period and can only hope that leaving is more successful than being a 2 day member.

Cancelling my policy with this company…

Cancelling my policy with this company after a year I don’t like how the platform is managed you can’t talk to anyone it’s all online and through the app!the price was ok a year ago but the renewal price was worse than any other provider. I dread to think how difficult a claim would be if I had needed too.

To cancel you have to fill out a form insisting you give the cheaper price you have obtained or you can’t submit it...the biggest selling point is you can do things online your self and avoid admin fees this is stupid people like reassurance from an actual human!!

I’ve just cancelled and there is a mistake which says my insurance which ends in April 2020 (25 days) will run until April 2021 and of course you can’t get anyone on the phone to check this is a typo even sending an email is a massive rigmarole going through FAQs first before it will let you. I’ve emailed them I won’t hold my breath for a response

Didn’t have any bad experiences but dont think this is a good way to go about insurance and they charge about £30 I think for an amendment so be sure you get it right first time!!

So I brought a policy from this company…

So I brought a policy from this company but two days later I'm still being showed as uninsured online. I've tried to find ways to contact them which has become very tiring I can't say for sure if I would use this company again. Very bad communication system they have.
