It was easy to do online very straightforward and quite reasonably priced.

Not Happy âŠ
My policy was set to automatically renew last week and I had emails from them stating that the renewal would be a monthly figure as thatâs how I had paid last year.
However last week on my renewal date they took the whole years amount out of my account without notifying me and without me agreeing to this.
When contacting them they have told me itâs a system problem and thereâs nothing they can do now- they canât refund me and change the payment method back to monthly. I can only cancel my policy and start again, the problem I have is that Iâm currently in the middle of a claim after someone drove into my house so changing policy is not an option. I NEVER AGREED TO IT BEING YEARLY IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY CONFIRMED IT WOULD CONTINUE TO BE MONTHLY PAYMENTS!!!!

how can i rate you if i have not made a claim,all ive done for the last 2 years is pay for the renewal,to rate you the only way is to make a claim and see how well you handle that claim,so this review is quite pointless,the 2 stars are for the amount i have to pay you ,as you are in the same ball park as other insurer's regarding cost,as for a actual claim we will wait and see.

Double standards
Took out insurance, didnât get my black box for months & had to chase it whilst they kept threatening to cancel my insurance for not using the BB that they hadnât sent! I had major surgery to remove three organs 30cm wound across my stomach, informed them couldn't drive due to surgery as they kept threatening to cancel my insurance for not using the BB (which I didn't even get for months) I informed them several times re surfery and that I legally need insurance on my car. And they still cancelled it and took £50 quid on top! Penalised for being unwell. Thanks for the understanding and the fact I wont be able to attend important medical appointments when able to drive again
