Flagged as fraud by my banks
Using this website resulted in 2 of my credit cards being locked and flagged for fraud. When I used the contact us page to send a message to the company to advise them of an issue with their site I got no response.

The customer service is quite excellent, although I don't have the qreatebike specifically, I have one of their other bikes which they offer great service for, replacement parts when something breaks or troubleshooting in general. I haven't had to pay for spare parts so far so I can really recommend the company behind qreatebikes
