PlutÎt bien et flexible, quelques bémols
Les cours en ligne est bien fait malgré quelques petites erreurs. Par contre, l'accÚs prévu à un coach n'est pas réel, il faut envoyer un mail à QRP, et quelqu'un vous répond dans un délai variable, parfois sans que sa réponse ne vous permette de comprendre réellement. Ce n'est pas ce à quoi je m'attendais. Par ailleurs, alors qu'il s'agissait d'un cours avec examen à syllabus ouvert, le syllabus officiel n'est pas fourni et il faut donc obligatoirement l'acheter en plus. A ce prix de formation c'est dommage et cela devrait être clairement indiqué dans l'offre. Hormis ces points, l'e-learning est bien fait avec des modules théoriques, des exercices et des examens à blanc. L'organisation de l'examen en ligne est aussi trÚs bien avec une grande flexibilité et un support trÚs disponible.

Je retire une étoile à cause du nombre considérable d'emails reçus avant/durant/aprÚs la formation. J'ai fini par le plus lire aucun email. ces mails provenant de QRP mais également de PeopleCert que j'assimile à QRP en tant que client.

trainer only focused on the exam, all other questions were rejected or not understood, just reads his slides which are just copies of what's in the book. no added value of the training. no guru in front of me. lots of mistakes on the slides and when you tell so, he start to be difficult to you. worst training experience ever.

La formation scrum master était trÚs utile
La formation scrum master était trÚs intéressante, théorie complÚte, exercices variés, le formateur était excellent, il maîtrise vraiment le sujet et est trÚs pédagogue, une des meilleures formations suivies ces derniers mois.
Seuls points négatifs, la salle de réunion du 1er jour n'était pas adaptée (trop petite, pas d'air) et le lunch n'était pas suffisant.
