Interesting online course that introduces all the concepts of Agile Project Management. Very useful and good preparation for the exam to obtain the certification.

J'ai suivi la formation ITIL. Le module de formation est bien construit, toutefois les questionnaires posés en fin de module ne sont des fois pas cohérents avec ce qu'il vient d'être appris. Je regrette que le temps nécessaire pour parcourir les modules n'était pas indiqué, ce qui ne permettait pas de libérer le temps nécessaire de manière sûre.

Very good ITIL education. The MemoTrainer was also very good to exerce the exam.

Your staff were all super friendly and professional. The trainer was fully competent, but simply spoke too much for long stretches. He needs to break up his long lectures with more opportunity for participants to get engaged in discussions or an exercise. The trainer should also spend less time on his example 'scenarios' and more time on the content of the course. Can't you find a more user friendly platform to use for the exams? Downloading ExamShield was the most painful, stressful experience I've ever had with an application! After about 2 hours on the phone with your IT support, we still could not resolve the issue. I had to ask a friend that is a profession IT worker to download it for me and it still took him hours. This is not normal. I had to reschedule my exam because of this. Very stressful.

To have the possibiliy to change the language during the course.

Very comprehensive lecturing. The visualization of the concept is good. Smart to leverage tools with good examples.

Ich schätze vor Kursbeginn die proaktive Kontaktaufnahme und ausführliche Beratung seitens Administration und während dem Kurs unter anderem die von der Dozentin erlebten Beispiele aus der Praxis. Diese helfen die Theorie einfacher "abzuspeichern" und auch ohne eigene Erfahrung ein besseres Verständniszu erhalten.
Es lohnt sich, einen Blick in die verschiedenen genutzten Plattformen / Medien zu werfen um den Überblick zu haben wo welche Dokumente zu finden sind; Da gibt es mitunter schon vier Quellen (per Mail, via Website QRP, via Zertifizierungsstelle und eines noch via genutzter Videokonferenzen-Software)
Einziger Wermutstropfen (selber verschuldet): in der vituellen Schulung bleibt der Kontakt zur Klasse auf die Zeit während der Videokonferenz beschränkt. Der Austausch in der Pause oder nach dem Unterricht / während den Hausaufgaben fiel somit weg / reduzierte sich auf ein Minimum.

A platform easy to navigate, clean, to the point, and with solid support when needed led to smooth training delivery as expected.

The training was very well prepared and the content gave me enough confidence to be ready for the PRINCE2 exam. I also really loved the atmosphere during the training and the PRINCE2 was awesome. All the tools proposed by QRP International allowed me to review the training material efficiently and to make myself ready for the exam.

The material and support items are really useful and complete. The trainer was really acknowledgeable and took time to answer question / follow up. Strongly recommend this practice with lot of exercise, exams questions, memo training. Excellent learning platform !

Very helpful Course for Prince 2

I took a Prince 2 course and found it very helpful. The teacher was great. I would have liked to have gotten the Prince 2 textbook as part of the curriculum however. I also felt the test questions were not always very clear nor was it the best way to evaluate learning. Nevertheless, I'm happy I took the course and would recommend it to others.

This training focused entirely on memorisation and passing a 60 item multiple choice exam, rather than actually learning the target skills. The trainer talked "at" us for up to an hour at a time, required us to keep our cameras on all the time, did not use any interactive strategies and rarely feedback activities. I dropped out after 3 days despite the cost. Organisation was fine, but pedagogically the training was 20 years out of date. [edit: the pandemic has shown us that "cameras on" does not equal engagement and is particularly problematic for women. This training company need to switch to a solid evidence-informed approach to online teaching (ie interaction, feedback). It is 2022 and not 2000].

Everything was well organized. We received the book of the course 2 weeks before the start. The slides were well prepared and the instructor was competent and engaging. The website was also very useful and intuitive to use.
