I was very satisfied with both the training structure and Bina, the trainer. It was a 5-day training from 9.00-13.00 and 1,5h homework. The pace the trainer was going with was just ideal. She didn’t run through 100 of slides but carefully selected a few and went into details, emphasized the most important. There were refreshing group exercises (even in a virtual training!). The technical side worked also well, with almost no interruption at all. Bina is a trainer with people skills, behaved talented in any situation and didn’t embarrass the participants. She is also a high-profile trainer and works in the expertise field besides teaching which is clearly an advantage in terms of passing on knowledge and experience.
I enrolled last minute to the training (during weekend), and the team was open, flexibel, proactive and very kind.

Great training and trainer.
He just put us a little bit in too much confidence for the final exam. All our group passed but I found there was quite a gap between the test exams and the final exam. Otherwise, I had a good time during the training.

Excellent training provided, the trainer adapted to the audience.

The service provided in the course of the training - including the user support - was really great.

The single thing that could be improved - however, this should not be neglected - is the training platform, which is fairly easy to use, however rather unstable.

The learning platform, on the other hand, proved to work better. The minor thing to improve (again, not unimportant) is English language in the practice tests, as quite a few typos can be found.

Still, all in all - pretty cool! Thanks!

But my certification is not yet received after 10 days ... in place of 2 !

The logistics of the training were great. The trainer was kind, proactive and helpful during the course. What was great for me was that he tried to keep all the participants active and involved. That did add value to the learning experience. The course delivered the overview of the subject at hand.
On the other hand, the material for the course were not enough and the instructor had to repeat himself throughout the course. It was more suited to unexperienced people in the field as it did not had the depth that I was hoping. This off course might not be your fault and I joined a course with wrong expectations. Never the less I was expecting something more hands on with more examples and more depth on the subject.
The overall experience of the course was positive, as I learnt a lot of things especially in the morning of the second day. I suppose that those material was more relevant for my needs and expected more depth on that.

The course was very good, however too short and too tight.
There was no time to perform the exercises and test the practice and normally we ran out of time even with the slides. My suggestion: This course should have at least 5h/day, and not 3.5h/day, as explained.
Also, the team was not good in giving clear information. Until the day of the course, we didn't know at what time the course was starting, whether 9 or 9.30am.
In the last session of the course, the slides we received were completely wrong and it cost us around 30min to find out the good slides and what should be presented. Besides, the online exercises were not matching the answers, so that the trainer had to choose to remove them completely.
Thus, my inputs are:
i) Improve adm and backoffice organization. Material preparation, agenda, timeline of the course.
2) Checking materials and documents ahead of the course so that the user learning experience is not compromised

I am very satisfied of my training experience with QRP International. I can't wait to put this methid into practice and improve my project management skills.
