At first, this company looked like a place where young talents like me could grow into top salespeople. The vision was great, the pitch was strong — but the reality was far from it. Behind every manager’s smile hides discrimination. When you’re Black, your public success gets applause, but behind closed doors, they quietly hold you back. You work long hours, chasing dreams they sold you, only to earn almost nothing. You use your own phone, your own internet, and get no support in return. The worst part? Diversity only exists in their words, not on their website. If you’re not “one of them,” you’ll never feel you belong. And maybe that’s the biggest lesson this place teaches — know your value, and never sell your soul for a fake dream.
