Qstomize is a custom-products supplier for businesses, agencies, and event teams who need quality merch without the back-and-forth of traditional promo companies. We print, embroider, and source custom apparel, drinkware, bags, hats, and event swag, covering everything from a 50-piece company hoodie run to a 5,000-unit branded mailer drop. Every order goes through a mockup before it hits production. Our in-house designer cleans up your logo, places it on the actual product, and emails you a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. What we hear most from customers is that the surprises happen on the good side. We confirm artwork the same day we receive it, give you a single human contact instead of a ticketing carousel, and ship from US fulfillment partners with realistic dates we actually hit. We work with startups doing their first conference giveaway, marketing teams refreshing employee onboarding kits, retail brands packaging influencer mailers, and HR teams putting together holiday gifts. Minimum orders start at 25–100 units depending on the product, and pricing tiers down at higher volumes. All pricing is published on the site, so you don't have to email asking "what's your price for X?". If you have a tight deadline, weird specs, or a product you saw somewhere else and want quoted, message us. We respond.

I ordered a customized photo phone case…

I ordered a customized photo phone case as a gift for my mother. It was a hit! The shipping time was not terrible, and I was emailed updates while it was being made. The product turned out beautifully and I would definitely order from them again

I wish I could give more than 5...

I wish I could give more than 5 stars... we had ordered hats for a party for my son, but when they arrived, they were the wrong color. I emailed the “customer service” link, not expecting much, but to my surprise, Christine from Qstomize got back to me literally within minutes saying she would look into it. An hour later, she said she determined the mistake was on their end, and 4 days later we had the new, correct hats in hand at no additional cost, and just in time for the party... i am recommending them to everyone!

Bravo.

I’m a photographer, and I was looking for a way to cover unfinished walls in my new room. I decided on tapestry, and found that Qstomize offered customs, so I found a potential way to decorate my space in my own work.

I purchased a 108x88. (I think that was the size.) I didn’t know what to expect, but what I got absolutely blew me away. The details and color were true to the photo I provided, even at such an absurdly large size, and the product was true to the preview I saw before placing the order.
Qstomize has my business my entire home project...and perhaps beyond.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a tapestry with a custom design on it and was disappointed to find that my favorite parts of the photo had been cropped out. I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised by their quick response. They handled the issue very efficiently. This is the best customer service I have experienced in quite a while.

Items arrives 2 weeks late and the…

Items arrives 2 weeks late and the colour was wrong. Have been trying to reach someone at the company but there is no answer and they don't reply to my emails.

Hi Ricki. The first email you sent us was 2.5 hours ago and we responded to it 2 hours later. We did not see a single email from you the last 2 weeks or else we would have answered it within the same day. We are not sure where you were sending messages but we did not receive any messages besides the one you sent 2.5 hours ago, and then left this review 1.5 hours later, giving us no time to respond. Someone from customer support will reach out to you and try to straighten the situation.

Bait and switch

Sent me an email to leave a good review and they would refund me money. I left reviews on both links they sent and they never sent a refund and they ignored my email asking about it.

I ordered a custom tapestry... WRONG DECISION

I ordered a custom tapestry, and was super excited to get it in the mail, I just opened the package and am EXTREMELY disapointed in the quality, it's GARBAGE. I would have expected this from wish.com, not a site where I paid over 50 dollars for a custom wall tapestry.. I am beyond pissed. No one give this site your money.

EDIT: I DID contact support, and have an email confirming I contacted you.

We wish you contacted our support first before leaving your negative review but we don't see any messages from you.

They are Responsive

I added my info (street address and apt number) and somehow my apartment number was not added so the package was resent to its distributor. I was pretty upset and wrote about my disappointment on this page however, only a few hours after expressing this disappointment the head of the company called me to personally discuss the details of this issue. He was polite and was able to address my concerns and now I've retracted my disappointment and wrote about my pleasant experience which I never ever do.

We don't have any phone numbers in Spanish. Make sure you are calling the right number as we are not sure what number you are calling.

We have 24/7 live chat on our website you can use. Did you try using it? We usually answer very fast. We don't see any messages from you. We are very responsive

Also, we checked your order number and it looks like it was delivered today at the address you specified. We checked the tracking slip and we definitely included your apartment number.
