Total fail. Verification of my degree was never done despite me paying the fee. Their chat bot says they will transfer you to an agent which never happens. Emails are not getting answered. No support helpline to call. Avoid like the plague.

0 star review,poor communication,they you to write detailed emails with questions and screenshots and when you do that they dont even read your emails and your question is never answered.To add to your agony they answer your email once a week.Imagine waiting to clarify where to upload a document for months .
