Aakriti Chabbra was a great help and very kind; she expedited everything, which helped us resolve everything quickly.

I had a time-sensitive qualification verification for my university admission, and initially my application was pending with the university. I contacted the Qualification Check support team regarding the delay, and they were very helpful and responsive.

The team kept me updated about the status and escalated my case to the concerned verification team. They also arranged the required follow-up with the university, and my qualification was successfully verified.

I especially appreciate the support and communication throughout the process. Thank you to the Qualification Check team for helping me complete the verification during an important and stressful time.

I had a very disappointing experience with Qualification Check and would urge anyone using their service for an important or time-sensitive application to be cautious.

I specifically requested verification of my **Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB, BS)** degree for an immigration application. However, Qualification Check **verified the wrong qualification** in my initial request. Their team subsequently **acknowledged that an error had been made on their side**, and I have correspondence and a reference number documenting this.

Because I urgently needed the correct verification for an Immigration Department, I had no practical choice but to submit a **second verification request and pay the fee again** in order to obtain the correct verification.

What I find particularly unacceptable is that **Qualification Check has refused to refund the additional fee, despite the second request only being necessary because of their own acknowledged error**.

Had they completed my original request correctly, I would never have needed to pay for a second verification. I do not believe a customer should be financially responsible for correcting an error made by the service provider.

I have also found the handling of the complaint frustrating, as **different representatives have responded to me at different times without clear continuity or ownership of the case**. I have requested escalation to a manager and asked for a single person to review the complete history of the matter.

I have given Qualification Check the opportunity to resolve this directly and have requested a refund of the additional fee. **At the time of writing, they have refused to provide this refund.**

I am happy to update this review if the company takes responsibility and resolves the matter appropriately. Until then, based on my experience, I would be very cautious about using this service for an immigration or other time-sensitive application where an incorrect verification could have serious consequences.

I was able to expedite my process for WES documents very well. I faced several delays due to missing documents, but the Qualification Check team contacted me with proper instructions on how to proceed, they were very responsive and helpful, particularly Sparsh Tiwari, Shreya Gupta, and

Straightforward and easy to use service, the life chat feature service (from agent Sparsh Tiwari) was very helpful and prompt.

ID Certification: sometimes utilizers may encounter problems when doing this process, please remind people to find a clear background.

Very expensive, bad website, mediocre service. They don't let you amend an application, you have to fill it in again *every single time*. Responses are boiler plate, not personalized. We told them exactly what to do in our case, and asked for clarification. Then they did it the way that didn't work, making us lose a week. Definitely go somewhere else if you have a choice. This website is just out there to make some guys the big bucks.
