Quality Beauty Store レビュー

I received the wrong product which is GBP10 cheaper than what I paid. The bottle was broken for another product.

I got a peel neutralizer by mesobase and the packaging is full of scratches and even worse there is a printed fingerprint on the bottle.

I reported to QBS immediately and they arranged another parcel to me for the broken and expired products.

Sevizio celere, prezzi convenienti e prodotti di qualità.

I baught a waterproof mascara from this company, but it was a little thick, dryish and on the clumpy side, but they were extremely quick to reply, they were very nice, understanding and apologised and didn't hesitate to replace me with another one straight away...

I was delighted with the second one, and how quickly it arrived with no problem at all...
I will continue to buy from this company as they have been more then fare with me, and good value for money too.

Thankyou so much.

Although I had difficulties communicating (I only managed to get through Facebook Messenger) it is a trustworthy company, it sent the product correctly on time. I will definitely buy again

Conseguimos contornar o problema.
Super indico a loja, vou voltar a comprar com toda certeza.
Obrigada!

Always a good and issue free purchasing and with delivery with this awesome company

Wrong lashes sent originally, however everything was rectified and customer service was excellent, in the end. Would definitely use QBS again.

Best service.

All way a pleasure to do business with and quick delivery

Fast and efficient service. Had a little quibble with my order, which was swiftly resolved by the great customer service to the best practice possible, no questions or hassle. So for that I can only give full marks A++++

The customer service is incredible. I was having real issues with the delivery with my item and QBS were really fantastic at keeping me updated and helping with it all. I absolutely recommend them :)

I have not received my products and I have already paid I am disappointed for more than 3 weeks

The price is very good, and the website is great, organized. I had a shipping problem, but they’ve answered quite fast and with attention. So the problem was solved and they took all responsibility. They were efficient, I like that. I was afraid of being ignored but they give me 100% support!

Fast shipping, the package arrived in great condition.

Great product, even better customer service! Very pleased 😊
