Dear Lily,

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the fact your original order was delayed by two weeks and as we tried to explain to you we experienced severe set backs due to a Strike Action performed by our primary shipping partner Royal Mail!

Just to let you know we also offer Express Postage to all our international clients and we regularly use it as well. Unfortunately, on this occasion we shipped your order with Royal Mail International Tracked service as this was the option you selected at the checkout. However, as a result of the Strike Action, your order was held at the Royal Mail International Dispatch facility for nearly two weeks before it finally progressed further to your destination country.

We realize that as a seller it is our responsibility to make sure your order is delivered and for this reason we offered you a replacement package straight after we got a notification from you that all was not right with the original parcel.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused as well as for wasting your time and we will use this experience to make sure if in future any of our shipping partners are affected there are viable alternatives to be used.

Thank you for your honest review and once again, we sincerely apologize for causing you such an inconvenience with your order.

As explained to you earlier in our communication, we experienced severe setbacks with Royal Mail Strike Action and were left in limbo until we found an alternative solution to our postage options.

As you are aware, we took the full responsibility in terms of monetary costs and provided you with a new parcel that were delivered to you just a few days after you notified us your original order were not delivered.

Thank you very much for your honest review! We are so sorry for the fact your order arrived nearly a week later than expected as well as for the fact you encountered a brief tracking error. As we mentioned during our conversation with you, we experienced a severe setback due to the fact that our primary delivery courier, Royal Mail had several strike actions during the past two months.

The reason you could not temporarily track your order was because the parcel had been collected from our premises but stayed idle for nearly 4 days at the Royal Mail's Distribution center due to the fact the strike action was on.

As we pointed out, we shipped a replacement parcel as soon as we became aware your order was affected as well as issued a full refund. We tried to contact you several more times to follow up with you on this case but unfortunately got no reply back.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for this whole situation and as we explained several times we took a number of actions to set up an alternative delivery options if more strikes are coming from Royal Mail in a near distant future.

Thank you very much for your honest review! We sincerely apologize for the fact your order arrived later than expected and as we explained, we experienced a severe setback due to the fact that our primary delivery courier, Royal Mail had been on strike for several days.

As you know we have taken an immediate action to send a replacement parcel to you as soon as you mentioned your order was delayed. I am afraid on this occasion Royal Mail has lost the parcel in their postal network.

We are so glad you were able to understand the current situation and accept our apologies as well as the offer for a replacement package. We are therefore happy to know you have your goods now and can carry on with your treatments.

As we have mentioned to several more affected clients, we took a number of actions to set up an alternative delivery options if more strikes are coming from Royal Mail in a near distant future.

Thank you very much for your honest review! We sincerely apologize for the fact your order was delayed by 5 days! As we explained to you earlier we experienced a severe setback due to the fact that our primary delivery courier, Royal Mail had been on strike for several days.

As you remember, we shipped a replacement glue as soon as we became aware your order was hit by Royal Mail strikes. We also offered you to issue a full refund and provide a further discount on your next order just to apologize for this inconvenience caused, however we received no further communication from your side.

Nevertheless, please do not hesitate to contact us again if you would still like to get your discount as we have now taken several further steps to arrange a replacement couriers if the same situation with the strikes happen again.
