Excellent service
I'm really impressed with this company. I ordered a Seasalt dress which was being sold at a great price. Communication was spot on and delivery quick and efficient.
Unfortunately the dress was not suitable for me and the returns process was easy. Refund was back in my account quickly.
Excellent service and I will definitely use this company again.

My items were never delivered
My items were never delivered. I've contacted you to ask what you will do but have not yet heard anything - I really need them as they are to be used for a school production. Please investigate and let me know.

We have checked with EVRI and there is tracking to say your parcel has been delivered both with GPS and a photo of your parcel placed in a letterbox. If this has been incorrectly delivered, then please get back in touch and we will do our best to escalate this problem with EVRI.

The products are good quality and price.
Orders are always well packed and arrive within a couple of days if in stock. I loved the M&S crop trousers and they fit really well, but the M&S Chinos were too big so have been returned. I have been buying from Quality Brands Outlet for several years now online and on ebay and have always had excellent service. Thank you

We're really sorry to read your review. Without more information and you contacting us it's hard to go in to more detail.
However, we would strongly refute and disagree with your comment that the dress was not genuine. We only sell 100% genuine products and work with the brands, their suppliers and factories to source genuine stocks at big discounts. Occasionally, we do buy merchandise which is still on sale in the main original brands stores and therefore to prevent returns to these stores, the labels will either be cut, black penned or removed. This does not mean they're fake. Nearly all of our customers would agree that they are happy to save lots compared to the original price knowing that the label maybe cut, as it's not on show and makes no difference to the style, quality and performance of the garment.

Had been looking for these trousers for a while now and when I seen them I ordered them they are good quality and exactly what I ordered and at a very reasonable price I would definitely recommend this company and I will be ordering again from them
