We purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands via Daniel and Paul in the Hatton Garden Showroom. Would never go elsewhere - incredible service, in-depth knowledge and NO HARD selling.
They take the time to educate you on the options available and are happy to work to your budget (rather than trying to get you to blow your budget). We give them 10/10 and 5 stars all the way. Ash & Laura (August 2026)

An Absolute 5-Star Experience from Start to Finish
We found Quality Diamonds purely through an online search for loose stones, and it was incredibly refreshing to see transparent pricing upfront without the usual "call us for prices “ hassle
We approached them to create two custom wedding bands inspired by a design we fell in love with at Graff. The value comparison was staggering the price difference was over £100k for just one of the rings! Quality Diamonds delivered the exact same high-calibe quality, using GIA-certified, Excellent cut, E-colour diamonds.
To ensure everything was perfect, Paul recommended creating 3D prints of the rings so we could test the size and feel beforehand. These arrived in about two weeks. Once the final rings were ready, arranging a collection appointment at their London location was seamless, and the finished rings were absolutely amazing.

We were so impressed that we decided to explore lab-grown diamonds for our other wedding jewelry. Paul listened precisely to our requirements and sourced certified lab-grown stones for custom cufflinks, shirt studs, and earrings. Their efficiency is unmatched, we had approached our local jewellers for quotes and ideas , but by the time they even responded to our initial enquiry , Quality Diamonds already had most of our pieces in production.
On top of all this, I trusted them to set a rare pink diamond I had purchased into a trilogy engagement ring. This delicate process was handled with total professionalism, and I received thorough updates at every single stage

I had the best experience. I ordered a loose diamond for my engagement and was in communication with staff during the whole process. The staff are very kind and helpful and the process was very quick from when I ordered and when I received my package. The packaging was also very nice and organised and the diamond itself was immaculate! Thank you for this experience.

That was my first experience with Quality Diamonds and I did thorough research before making a decision where to buy. I finally opted to this service and I am happy I did. Their website have wide range of diamonds so you can choose whatever you like and get that installed into your jewellery, this customisation is great. Also, all diamonds have very good description/certificates so you understand what you buy.

All services provided by the whole team of Quality Diamonds were excellent, communication was great, I was provided with all details about my order, I was kept posted about progress, I got my order delivered even much faster than it was expected, and of course my wife likes her new diamond necklace - so do I!

After researching engagement ring styles and companies in Hatton Garden, I chose Quality diamonds.
And I haven’t been disappointed. The experience has been exceptional from start to finish.
Daniel’s experience was obvious. He was knowledgeable and very professional.
Daniel guided us through selection and was respectful of our budget. There was no hard sell which I appreciated.
It was only 13 days from our appointment to receiving the ring. Each stage of production, from Paul Sitton, Sales Director, Daniel Ferragamo, sales advisor and Amber Rees Wyatt production coordinator, was speedy and problem free.
I now own a beautiful emerald cut diamond ring, which was a very good price that I can’t stop looking at.
