I purchased my wife's engagement ring from Purely Diamonds 11 years ago and my wife was thrilled with it.

So after 10 years of marriage, where else was I going to shop for my wife's diamond eternity ring?

Purely Diamonds have a great range at competitive prices, an excellent website, but the real jewel in their crown (if you'll excuse the pun) is their personal customer service.

For both purchases I had queries that Stephanie and the team at Purely Diamonds were more than willing, and capable of supporting me with. Anastasia and Clare were excellent throughout the shopping process and they also went the extra mile arranging deliveries to meet my exacting requirements.

I really can't speak highly enough of this company and really do wish them ongoing success.

I recently purchased both an engagement ring and both our wedding rings from this company, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect rings.

The quality of the rings exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and every detail was beautifully finished. The rings look even more stunning in person than they did in the photos.

Communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions I had. Delivery was on time (engagement ring)and arrived securely packaged and presented beautifully. The visit to the showroom to pick, and then collect our rings was a lovely experience.

What impressed me most was the level of customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making what can be a stressful purchase feel easy and enjoyable, including sorting out a small issue with the engraving.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for engagement or wedding rings. Their combination of quality, professionalism, and customer care is truly superb.

I had a really good experience with this company, even if it wasn’t 100% smooth. I met with Anastasia who was patient and knowledgeable; I always have a million questions and she dealt with them well. I had something bespoke made which turned out beautifully, however there was one issue. While this could have been a real issue, once I raised it, David immediately offered to correct it and they turned everything round really quickly. How a company deals with problems and concerns tells me more than if everything was perfect straight away and that, as well as the quality and look of my finished piece, is the why I’d give them 5 stars!

The service was tailored to us, as individuals rather than simply selling stock items.
We had an issue with our ring but it became apparent that the design we asked for was not quite right for daily wear so Purely Diamonds were able to redesign the ring at a reasonable cost.

Stephanie and the team were very accommodating with anything we asked for. We visited from the West Country to purchase an engagement ring but during the visit we purchased a wedding ring, great service, great price and delivery was before the due date. I recently got my Eternity ring from Purely Diamonds because this is where my husband got my engagement and our wedding rings. We don’t live anywhere near the store so I booked a video call & the incredibly helpful staff showed me what several would look like against my existing rings. They were so helpful & patient, didn’t try to upsell me or push me into buying then and there, but we actually did because they had the perfect ring to complete my set. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. My rings are absolutely beautiful

I have bought three custom made rings with PD over the years (engagement, wedding and eternity) and they have been faultless everytime. They listen to your wants and design and create the most amazing jewellery

Wonderful service we have bought an engagement ring and wedding bands for both myself and wife from purely diamonds, the WhatsApp service makes it so personal and really are hands on as and when you need them! Would really recommend them if you are making a jewellery purchase!

Second time buying jewellery from here and the quality of product and customer service I have received has been exceptional. Will definitely continue to use in future.

Overall very good service. Met in a temporary office with limited products to view. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. In the future it will be good to be able to view more when the shop is ready.
Only things I would improve would be comms after purchase - I was not able to see my order on my account / website, and although they responded to my texts, it would have been nice (and reassuring) to have been able to track the order - or receive emails / texts to update.

The diamond specialist lady, Tracey? was really helpful with our engagement ring, and then we went on to design my wedding band and eternity ring. They are exactly what I wanted, so beautiful, and they were a fair price. I will always be so grateful to the team.

My husband bought my engagement ring from Purely Diamonds four years ago, and I’d never had a single issue with it until last week, when one of the diamonds suddenly popped out, completely out of nowhere, just a week before our honeymoon.

I honestly can’t thank the team at Purely Diamonds enough. Their customer service is on another level. They were so responsive and reassuring over messages, even when I was panicking and messaging them straight away after it happened.

They repaired my ring quickly and professionally, and I already have it back looking perfect again and ready for our honeymoon. The service has been incredible; even after four years of owning the ring, they still went above and beyond to help me.
