Still not received the parcel

Hi

We have received no contact from yourself about this issue so far.
We can be contacted by telephone or email at any time to deal with any problems.
I have taken a look at the tracking information and it shows that they tried to deliver your parcel on 4 separate dates, with delivery cards also being left, but there was nobody to accept the parcel on each date.
This parcel has now been put on a "return to sender" as they needed a recipient to accept the parcel.
You can contact us at any time on sorting out the delivery and we will be happy to help.

The blind cutter when I set it to cut


The blind cutter when I set it to cut the right length moved whilst in use ruined the blind ! Does not lock properly
Very disappointed

Thank you for your review.
I apologise for the issue that you have experienced with the slat cutter.
This is the first time that we have heard of issues with this slat cutter which have been supplied for around 10 years, so your slat cutter may have been from a bad batch.
The cutter should only be used to cut one slat at a time, so if multiple slats are being cut at once then this could cause cutting issues.
I have passed on the information to the supplier to see if they can help to identify what has happened and to resolve the issue for you..
If you can send photos of the cutter to us, then we can get a replacement cutter sent out for you.

A real plesure to deal with

A real pleasure to deal with this company. They sorted out my order quickly and efficiently over the phone when I managed to type my email address incorrectly and was unable to see the confirmation order. The rail was great and delivered without fuss the next day. Will definately use them again

Great service

There were problems with this order, one of my own making and the other a manufacturer’s fault, but both sorted out in good time. I have been very happy with the service from this company, James in particular has gone the extra mile to make things right.

I absolutely love this product - I'd been looking for something acceptable for some time. The colour is perfect for my curtains and it's decorative without being too much so. Very pleased with the price too. Thank you so much.
