I trade Crypto on Binance, using tick chart. And until now, strangely, this is the only platform in the universe that allows me to do just that.
Other platform either doesn't allow you to use tick chart, or doesn't support Binance, or support both but can not live trading.
And the support is great. When I report a problem, the support team really go all the way to fix it. Recommended!!

Der Support ist sehr professionell, man bekommt innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Rückantwort, es wurde zuerst versucht über den E-Mail Verkehr eine Lösung zu finden - dann fand eine Live Übertragung statt, Berater Vadym machte dies sogar außerhalb seiner regulären Arbeitszeit möglich, ich musste nicht viel erklären, er verschaffte sich schnell einen Überblick, nahm sich Zeit u. zeigte mir detailliert u. genau die Schritte, parallel hatten wir Kontakt im Chatroom u. konnte darüber meine nächste Frage stellen, die Antworten wurde rasch u. zielgenau bearbeitet, allg. bin ich mit der Tradingsplattform sehr zufrieden u. werde weiterhin begeistert bei Ihnen dabei sein… Besten Dank!

This was amazing. A real person, took control of my PC at home, fixed the issue. My copy trader was limited to 10 accounts from any one provider. Artur fixed it asap. Best I have experienced.

has some nice features but its terrible for trade execution with random errors and glitches which prevent entering a position or once when your in a position exiting the trade raises errors and stop loss sometimes doesnt work.

its a off the shelp purchased app by a 3rd part bieng re sold, no in house developers and flimsy customer service.

The customer service was great! Quickly found my issue and resolved it. Also, answered a couple other questions for me.

the live support is too helpful i never on my live deal with such a support

There are so many errors in the stable version, that you cannot trade. Flatten doesn't work, VWAP doesn't work, Copy Trading doesn't work, Heatmap doesn't work, it is literally useless... It was good software once, but now they are not updating and resolving those issues which makes trading not possible.

I have several years trading experience on various brokerage platforms and recently began using Quantower. The platform is robust in features and the menus are easy to use. Their trade copier works very well. Their live chat customer service has been prompt and helpful, even sending me a screen shot on where to find a particular item on the platform.

The one compliant I have is their hot key order options are limited, to basic buying/selling bid/ask or market and basic bracket orders. It would be very helpful to have more robust hot key features, such as the ability to program keys to buy at bid-5 for example or sell at ask+10 for example, rather than just bid/ask. The other hot key I would use frequently is the ability to adjust your order by a tick with a hot key once it is placed. Currently it seems the only option is to grab the order line on the chart with your mouse and adjust, this is a bit more difficult.

Overall a great platform to trade with.

Quantower so far I am happy with. If you have an issue they respond fairly quickly. Been a trader for a long time and so far so good with quantower
