I had purchased a power tap cn1 when


I had purchased a power tap cn1 when they first came out and found that I preferred a chainring power meter over the stages crank arm style that I bought as a first venture into power meters. My cn1 went bad and after I found that Sram/Quqrk bought them I researched them and decided on a Quark chainring style and couldn’t be more pleased with it.

I've owned many Quarq products and find


I've owned many Quarq products and find them to be reliable and consistent. When I have had issues. "Only one". There service was spectacular. Shipped it out and had it back in 4 days. They even paid for the shipping and sent a couple goodies. Always available for support and question. Keep it up Quarq!!

Was not able to order through regular


Was not able to order through regular means so had to order direct from Quark. Did the transaction using Quark's site. Order was processed and received confirmation that it would be shipped the next day. Approximately 3 weeks later no crankset yet I get an e-mail to rate how my transaction went. Contacted an agent of Quark and was told that the particular crankset I ordered was very popular and would be another 3 weeks before they would get it back in stock. Why does the purchasing program take an order for a product not in stock, say it is being processed, and then not notify me that the product is out of stock?

As for the Red AXS powermeter crankset, works nicely, easy to use.

Significant Delays due to change in


Significant Delays due to change in support from Saris to Quarq

With the purchase of Powertap by Quarq, consumers are now facing a different set of support terms. Servicing timelines have gone from 3-5 business days to 7-10 business days (a change of 1% to 3% service outage of a product). Return shipping is expected to be covered by consumer now where it was previously covered by powertap/Saris. I am overly concerned that this change in terms has degraded the services/support/product I originally purchased.

I am worried that there are other change in terms of support

We certainly understand your concern. Rest assured though that the lead times are only this through our transition period. We are currently moving the equipment needed to provide service, repairs, and production of the PowerTap line to our Quarq facility. These lead times will not be permanent once things are up and fully running! We have always, and will continue to, cover shipping for all warranty purposes as well. The website/change of ownership

The website, communication and shipping were good. I have a powertap hub on my initial bike and love it. I wanted two more for my other bikes. My dissatisfaction is that when Quarq bought Powertap and switched everything over on May 15th, they raised the price $100 per hub. I guess that is business, but a price increase of 25% overnight seems excessive for the same product.

Must better than my order with a distributor

I had a bad experience ordering the Shockwiz from a distributor (Jenson USA) and they shipped me a USED product instead of the new product I ordered. They also did not ship with the 2 day shipping they stated. It took weeks to get a refund. Quarq shipped brand new product, they got it out the door the same day and when I had questions their staff had actually used the product and was able to walk me through several things!

i don't like the new Etap AXS

i don't like the new Etap AXS, the casette 10-28 has a terrible jump in the last 2 speeds from 24T to 28T.
I usually used the shimano 11-28T casettes and I never had that problem, i had never not even noticed that jump,
you where very smart introducing a new 10T ring and smaller chainrings., until then, everythig was fine, but also changing the oldest and proven 11-28 cassette, adding a 16T ring, and making a quite uncomfortable jump betwen. 24t and 28t looks like a improvisation mistake.
