Do not purchase from Quebec Elegance. The clothing differs from the pictures, the fabric is cheap and items that are listed as cotton are polyester.

Fraud! I received a cheap knock-off piece of garbage from China. They then said I could return it but the postal fee was almost the same amount as the product!!!!

Québec Elegance is really China cheap. I paid $65.00 for a 100% cotton sweater. In fact, the sweater is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Nothing made in this joint has ANYTHING to do with Québec

Pour moi c’est une arnaque car ils font croire que les vêtements sont de grande qualité et qu’ils sont fabriqués au Québec. Ils partent de la Chine la livraison est extrêmement longue, 3 semaines. Les vêtements de piètres qualité. Rien à voir avec les photos. C’est extrêmement difficile de retourner les vêtements. Lisez comme il faut la politique de retour. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette entreprise qui est zéro transparente.

After placing an order for a hoodie I was automatically double ordered!! I immediately tried to do anything about it for 2 days sending emails & trying 2 call any number ( in china) I could find . It was ridiculous & a total scam , never ever EVER order from this SCAM SITE!!

Arnaque! Le produit livré n'a rien a voir avec la description ou l'image. Je devais recevoir un sac en cuir et j'ai reçu un sac en plastique tres laid. En plus, l'article arrive de l'Ontario mais il faut le retourner en Chine pour être rembourser. Était donné les frais exorbitants, c'est impossible de le retourner. Fuyez ce site, ce sont des voleurs sans scrupules.

I should have read the posted reviews before I placed this order.
I checked their size guide and measured to ensure I had the right size. I ordered 4 items of which 3 were larger than expected, and 1 was smaller than expected. One items material is polyester and the design is not what I expected.
It also took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. I did try to cancel the order a day after it was placed but was told it was already shipped. Given the arrival timeline I doubt that.
When I contacted them to get a return I was told that they "prefer to avoid returns given the ecological process (CO2) emissions". That is an statement that I have received with another seller that was based in China.
I was offered 10% refund of the full order which I took as something was better than nothing.

Scam, scam scam. Do not order from them as they are located in China. Took forever to get the shoes and they were not the same as the picture, said they were leather but we're plastic. A good clue is they do not charge tax on their products. Buyer beware.

I purchased a sweater online and I received a completely different item. They don’t do free returns even though it’s their error or they offer 10% back and I keep it.

Horrible product. Lying about the return policy.
Offering only 10% of the product's cost. Returns have to be sent back to China at the customer's own expense, with no guarantee that money will be returned.
Website double you order, and then you're stuck with it.
I contacted the company regarding this and they assured me that there is nothing they can do at the moment and I will be be able to return in when I got it.

They say some of their products are cotton and the sleeping knit sweater was made out of 90 percent polyester and very cheap materials from China. It’s the equivalent of Shien quality and cheapness. It’s not legit. I’m embarrassed I spent $60 on a “knit cotton pair on sale” I hate the feeling and quality - basically wasted my money on this purchase as I bought two colours.

Do not buy from this site. It uses Quebec name and write all its email in French and claims its company is located in Netherland. The truth is that this a Chinese company with very cheap quality products but high prices. I received my order and was shocked by the poor quality of the clothes. they were completely different from the pictures in its site. I have contacted them but they didn’t accept to pay for return and gave me an address in China for return which cost me $60 . The good thing was I used paypal for my order so I opened a case and PayPal refunded my money. Do not deceive by its misleading and do not buy from this site.

Products seem to be a good buy but shipping is expensive and slow. the Product is poor quality. The boots I bought smelled like dead fish and the sizing is very wrong, I ordered 2 sizes larger than I normally take and still too small, Returning them to China for a refund is expensive to only at least get back half my money from what I paid. I am still waiting for refund 8 weeks later , the representative said he would look into it, I am still waiting for a reply from him

Extremely poor quality and nonexistent customer service.
Product quality is terrible and does not match what is advertised at all. Customer service is completely incompetent.
I returned my order by mail in September (Order #7493). The company received the product, yet since then absolutely nothing has been done.
No refund. No proof of refund. No clear explanation. Just excuses and delays for months.
Keeping a returned product and failing to issue a refund for months is unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and reliability.
This company is not trustworthy, not transparent, and does not respect its customers.
Quality: 0/10. Customer service: 0/10. Reliability: 0/10.
I strongly do NOT recommend this business. Avoid at all costs.

No no no. Scammers. I got approx $245 back, for goods not ordered but received anyway, by working very closely with my bank, but it was not easy. The date of my “experience” is a rough estimate because the “experience” went on and on. Do not get on this website, please!

This is a scam. Everything is from China. Quality is garbage and description is not accurate. Stay away.

Do not buy from Quebec Elegance, They did not send me the size I asked for and when the personne who gave me the addresse return was just b.s. When I got at the Post office the return was 110$, the guy (Danny) dam well new what address he gave me. I never got my winter boots and I could not return? I purchaae as they say on their sight. Please get this message around. Waste of money

Worst quality. Not boutique at all. I was also charged twice for the same sweater and sent two - when I requested a refund I was told I had to pay to ship it to China OR take 10% refund and keep it. Gross company, shitty product and seems like a straight up scam. I would give zero stars if I could.
