The aqua tap is a great product, the reason I have given them 4 stars is I do think the price of the replacement filters to keep the warranty going are very expensive

Hi, in terms of the company management it’s the 5 star. Good communication, helpful. But the actual product…They state it’s so easy to change the filters, but It’s not. Almost impossible to unscrew the actual filter. It’s not clear when you close the valve as it’s basically rotating in any direction freely. And the last job almost killed me when I had to fit in the new filter back into the cap. I have lost so much time in order to do the basic job. Even though I am a pianist and a piano teacher my strength was not enough. And it was seriously painful.

I was looking for a tap like this for a while and definitely recommend aquataps customer service excelente product good quality. Only one little down side is to turn on the boiling water u need to hold the tap and the spring its very hard to old.... apart from that I definitely recommend to anyone 👌

Slight delay in the delivery of CO2 canisters, however Joanne was a great in helping to resolve the issue with the courier firm. All in all, great service even when delays arise.

Our hot water boiler broke within a few months of getting our tap. However Sean sorted us out a new one in a very easy process. Happy customer.

I have had the Aquatap for over a year and it is great.
The customer service I received from Joanne B following a delivery issue with replacement filters was excellent.

I've already left a review when we bought the tap and had a minor issue with it (our fault) and gave the team a 5 * review.
We've had a recent issue due to our limescale problems where we live and something went wrong with the tap due to the limescale issue.
Many thanks to the team again, especially Ben, who called us back when he said he was going to, emailed us when he said he was going to and managed to get a part to us within 2 days from our initial phone call. He gave us some good sound advice on how to deal with heavy limescale going forward.

I recently had an issue with my new tap, and Sean from Aquataps was fantastic. He quickly identified the problem and helped rectify the incorrectly plumbed piping. My new tap is now working perfectly, looks sleek, and I’m very excited to make a cuppa! Very happy with the service – highly recommended.

Really happy with the tap and boiler. The style is exactly the finish I was after and looks very good. Quality is good and all works as expected. The process to order was smooth and Sean was very helpful guiding me through the process to get the right unit. Delivery was fast. All in all I would recommend Aqua Taps.

We bought our 3 in 1 Aquatap 2 years ago. We’ve been very happy with the tap. We recently moved house and we took it with us to our new home! Joanne was very helpful in advising me on how to change our address on my account and to re-instate our filter subscription. Great customer service and great products at reasonable prices!
