Fantastic Service.
I had had a bad experience with a plumber and I needed to replace an old regular boiler with a new system boiler. Kerry as well as another firm I approached for a quote suggested a Vaillant boiler. Kerry was very honest. He initially told me that he needed to make a change to the current system but when I told him that I heard a different opinion he called Vaillant and called me back saying that the change was not needed. His quote was competitive and he was available to complete the job few days after. He also included in the quote the rebalancing of our underfloor heating system. He installed the boiler very quickly, he covered all surfaces and left everything clean and tidy. He explained everything I needed to know about the boiler, sent me warranty and certificate via email. We had to wait for a spare part in order to fix the UFH and Kerry was available to return as soon as the part was available. He even anticipated an issue and arrived with a spare part which could be potentially needed. That was actually the case and his good thinking saved us additional hassles. I think we have found a great plumber. Thank you Kerry and team.

Kerry replaced the boiler at our house. At the start of the job all surfaces have been covered and when he left everything was so tidy and clean you couldn't tell any work was done.
The communication was great from the start in helping us choose a boiler, explaining the work he will perform in details and providing us with a comparative quote.
He stood up to what he promised and performed a very professional job. He also explained how to operate the boiler and the Nest thermostat.
Kerry is also very efficient. The gas safe certificate and the warranty were emailed to us as soon as he finished the job.
We were very pleased and highly recommend him to anyone.

Exceptional service from Kerry and team. I would give 10 stars if possible. Their craftsmanship and professionalism is outstanding. The entire experience is beyond what I would have asked for; from time keeping when he came to view the job and on the day of the job. They turned up at the set time on both days. Kerry’s honesty is exceptional with zero attempt to sell us anything we don’t need and reasonable price for the job. I would recommend Kerry and team to anyone without hesitation.

Really fantastic service from Kerry and the team - honestly can't praise them highly enough for their professionalism and craftsmanship and would recommend to anyone. I posted a job on Rated People and was contacted very soon after by Kerry who came later that evening to assess the task of replacing my hot water tank and old boiler and installing a new combi boiler. He then provided a quote later that night which was very fair compared to other discussions I had. When coming to do the job, he arrived promptly 8.30 and left at 7pm and I have no idea how he and his colleague managed to get everything done in one day but it was absolutely spotless when they did leave, nothing out of place and he made every effort to keep disruption to a minimum while I was working from home. Also had a very handy explanation of how the new boiler worked and a follow-up call the next day to check everything was ok.

Kerry and his team at quickfixheating have been a breath of fresh air, he was recommended to me by a friend and I am so grateful for it. Kerry arrived soon after contact to provide me with a great competitive quote which he stuck to, and delivered his services of removing the old water tank and boiler, supplying and fitting a new combi boiler, new pipes, radiators and thermostats (bought this myself) all over the house - incredibly all in the space of a few days and cleaning up and disposing of the waste as he went along. Kerry's communication is great and he sticks to his word and also goes the extra mile for you. People have commented on the neatness of the boiler and the piping around it, be sure to follow or look at their instagram as this settled my nerves before booking them in! I don't normally write reviews, but this was needed. I don't hesitate to recommend Quickfixheating to family and friends now as I have had a great experience and willing to put my neck on the line to vouch for them. Thank you Kerry & Team!!

Kerry and the Team removed old boiler and water cylinder and replaced with Combi boiler. Fantastic job done, everywhere left very clean and tidy. Kerry provided the boiler warranty and extended warranty paperwork along with gas safety certificate. Very professional and would highly recommend this company

I'm very happy to have picked Quickfix heating to replace my leaky old conventional system with a tidy new combi boiler. Kerry came to view the job and gave me the best quote. The whole process was made stress free by the professionalism of this company with their helpful receptionist keeping me informed.
Kerry made a checkup a couple of days later to pickup any problems and came again to clear the shower drains to cope with the new water pressure.
I had an all round good experience and am very happy. The job looks so good too, Thanks guys.

We looked at a few heating engineers to install a new Worcester boiler. Kerry was the only one to make a visit to us, to quote correctly, and his pricing was competitive.

He was clear, honest about the work involved and polite at all times. We organised the fitting quickly, and I cannot praise him and his teams' work enough!!

Clear on what would happen, super polite, extremely tidy and the pipework they've done is amazing! Kerry even took a look at two problem radiators that had a separate issue.

Additionally the pre-visit was well organsied. Official quote emailed through in a few hours from the first visit, booking reminders sent through beforehand and a complete run through of the boiler once it was installed. I know smaller companies can often overlook the little admin things, but Kerry's team were spot on, and I'm so grateful.

We've booked Kerry to look at a few other things already, and will definitely use him for anything in the future.

Kerry's details had been given to me as a recommendation in 2018. I have been booking him in every year for my Gas certificates. He has also installed a boiler and carried out other plumbing works. He is friendly, leaves jobs tidy and always calls back to make sure I am happy with his work. Highly recommended as good reasonable plumbers are hard to come across.

Kerry replaced our old heating system with a new central heating system including megaflo cylinder, radiator and necessary piping. Kerry and his team were very professional and did the job in a timely fashion and to a very high standard. Excellent workmanship and I would highly recommend Kerry.

From the first initial telephone contact to completing the job Kerry and his work mate were professional, informative and patient. I chose Kerry based on the reviews other customers had left and I can honestly say Kerry's professionalisms was everything previous customers had said and much more. Kerry works beyond the installation, he installed a bathroom radiator for me and gave me a curtsey call the day after to see how the new boiler was doing, he also attended a week later when I thought the washing machine had gone off. If you are intending to install a boiler or any plumbing works look no further if you want a trusted and safe professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Kerry to anyone.
