Ordered two jackets in January. Still haven't got them or any sight of a refund and now half way through February!!
Tracking that was provided doesn't work.
Customer Services is appalling. No answer to emails. Call the number, stay on hold for half an hour and then get hung up on - done this multiple times now.

I placed an order for a pair of jeans. It’s been a month, I’m still waiting. Eventually after 8 emails I received a reply. Their clothing comes from Europe. They have a massive backlog of items to sort out due to new custom regs. So no jeans, waisted time and money. Appalling communication with customers, company not fit for purpose, be warned.
