Rubbish fits
Rubbish fits. Go out of there way to not let you return. They are happy to take your money off a phone but to return anything you have to make an account and log into their website on a computer??? Why would you do that other than to stop reruns. Dogs. Sh*t brand anyway

Awful didn’t even get my order
Awful I bought a £35 t-shirt waited over a week even though it said next day delivery, the parcel then turned to delivered and order confirmed even though I received nothing . I tried contacting customer service for a refund and I was just met with an automated message saying the message won’t be sent until I verify my address which I’m unable to do cause it just freezes .

I have always loved Quiksilver
I have always loved Quiksilver. However after recently purchasing a pair of denim shorts the button popped off.
I have contacted customer support through their website however have received no response after a week.

Horrendous Customer Service and poor quality clothing
Horrendous, almost non-existent customer service. No phone line CS at all, only via eMail and you'll be lucky if they respond. Was send a shirt with a ripped button-hole which they are not responding to my request for a refund on. I can't get hold of anyone to help me, they finally sent me a 1/3 refund which is a micky take. Avoid using this conpany, it's not a UK brand we used to have and was good, it's been taken over and is being run really badly with poor quality clothing and no customer service. Avoid avoid avoid.

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. Quicksilver sent me the wrong size then refused to replace it with the correct one that I had ordered and paid for. Contacted them for a resolution and just got fobbed off with an AI response. Even after escalating I had to go to the hassle of returning it myself to get my money back, and then, if I had wanted to get a replacement (safe to say I had no intention of ordering from them again after this), buy it again. To top it off, I had initially used a new customer discount code that I couldn't use again so the replacement would have cost me more money! Avoid at all costs, I just wish I'd seen the reviews on here before ordering.
