Je souhaite exprimer ma pleine satisfaction à l’égard de la société Quicktalk. Everytime I used the app to call international numbers it was charging the calls to my own phone company without making me aware of this. Just got a HUGE bill from my phone company Vodafon.

J'utilise se service depuis plus d'un an. Satisfait.

This company charged me without providing a service and has (quite rudely) refused to provide a refund. During the registration process, they unexpectedly requested a full photo of my passport, after taking my payment details. Naturally this request was alarming and I did not trust the security of the process (there was none stated). So, I stopped at that point and did not provide my ID or complete the registration process. However they continued to charge me each month for several months. I did not expect this, since I was not provided with any details on how to use the service. When I noticed and asked for a refund, they refused, giving several spurious excuses, such as a log of numbers which had tried to call a phone number which was supposedly mine - but which I didn't have any access to since they had not provided me any service or access to that number. You can't charge people for a service you aren't providing them with; that's the definition of a scam.

I am shocked that I was asked to make a payment, and only after the money was taken off my account I was asked to complete the registration by having to let them scan my passport. Whatever verification method required- it should have been explicitly stated from the start, and no money should have been taken off my account until I am successfully registered as a user. I seems to be a scam and I am not comfortable sharing my personal information with this company. I don't think this is even legal, especially with the payment being taken before any kind of service is provided or even accessible? I feel misled and deceived. I ave wasted £19 and a lot of time.

Pour divers motifs nous avons eu affaire au SAV et à Mélissa particulièrement qui a toujours su nous accompagner avec sérieux, vigueur et bienveillance dans le but de trouver des solutions.

Based on these 1 star reviews and not one response from the company, i am VERY HESITANT now to even attempt to do business with this company.
