Très décevant. l'import des contacts n'a jamais fonctionné correctement et n'est pas dynamique donc finalement même Google contacts fait mieux le job, et surtout depuis que j'ai pris le service je suis harcelé sur mon numéro perso par des démarcheurs de tous types. vu le prix mieux vaut avoir un autre téléphone avec un vrai 06 dédié.
Service client tellement mauvais que ça raccroche au nez et que ça rappelle ensuite aux mauvaises heures, j'ai galéré pour résilier

This is an excellent app. If you're just starting out this is all you need. Very easy to set up and get running. Took me about 10 minutes. Had all the features a new small company needs.

Customer service is very responsive and patient in solving my issues. Great service.

Très mauvaise expérience avec Quicktalk

J’ai acheté un numéro virtuel pendant mon voyage afin de pouvoir continuer à travailler et recevoir des appels. L’inscription s’est faite via Quicktalk, mais l’activation a été impossible malgré l’envoi de tous les documents demandés (passeport, carte d’identité, etc.).

En revanche, le prélèvement de 22,80€ a bien été effectué par Ringover.

Concernant le service client, c’est extrêmement décevant : attente téléphonique de plus de 30 minutes, puis une fois quelqu’un en ligne, des interlocuteurs complètement perdus, qui ne comprennent pas la situation et ne sont même pas capables de fournir une solution ou un contact utile. Aucune information claire, aucune aide concrète.

On m’a simplement dit que quelqu’un allait me recontacter… mais je n’ai jamais été contactée.

J’ai ensuite demandé le remboursement de la somme prélevée, mais aucune réponse à ce jour.

Résultat : une grosse interruption dans mon travail pendant mon voyage, ce qui est inacceptable pour un service censé être professionnel.

J’ai finalement dû me tourner en urgence vers un autre fournisseur, Zadarma, qui heureusement a fonctionné immédiatement et m’a permis de continuer mon activité.

Je ne recommande absolument pas quicktalk ni Ringover.

1 étoile car je n'ai pas pu mettre ZERO. De l'escroquerie à l'état pur, on te vend un transfert d'appel, sans résiliation du numéro initial. J'ai perdu ma boite mail SFR, ma connexion internet, ma box, mon numéro, mon TPE de carte, tout ça pour un standard d'appel même pas intéressant. Quant au service client au téléphone, toujours occupé, un comble quand on vend un service d'appel

i paid and got sent to a 404 site with nothing working

Never got it activated so account was in pending status but they were still charging me every month. When i tried to call and cancel they said they couldn’t because my account wasn’t activated, yet they still were charging me. Still trying to get it cancelled.

J’ai utilisé Quicktalk pendant longtemps et je l’ai également recommandé à plusieurs entreprises partenaires avec lesquelles je travaille, qui sont passées à Quicktalk et qui en sont satisfaites. L’outil est vraiment bien pensé : il est intuitif, simple à utiliser et efficace au quotidien. Sur ce point, le service est très bon.

En revanche, ma dernière expérience avec le service après-vente a été décevante. Pour un problème pourtant mineur, l’accompagnement n’a pas été à la hauteur et les échanges ont plutôt donné l’impression de déranger plutôt que d’être réellement pris en charge.

C’est d’autant plus étonnant que, par le passé, j’avais toujours eu d’excellentes expériences avec le support Quicktalk, qui était réactif et à l’écoute. Le contraste avec cette dernière interaction est assez surprenant.

Suite à cette expérience, j’ai décidé de me tourner vers une solution concurrente et je ne travaillerais plus, et ne recommanderai malheureusement plus cet outil.

They have great support and a wonderful product. What made me choose them is they have what I call call back and sometimes people call it call through. It works like this, when you make outbound calls it uses your carriers voice network instead of the mobile carrier’s Internet. This prevents dropped calls and high latency when you’re driving down the street and/or traveling where cellular Internet isn’t too good. You get the benefit of their mobile app while at the same time the benefit of using a voice carrier to place the call. Inbound calls also get forwarded to your mobile phone via the voice carrier. All while at the same time showing your business number on outbound calls for they place the call for you. Wonderful product!

J’ai payé pour le service et ensuite mon compte a été bloqué sans aucun avertissement ni explication.

Quand j’ai appelé le support, on m’a simplement dit d’envoyer un email. J’ai envoyé plusieurs emails et personne ne répond.

Je me retrouve avec un compte bloqué et aucun support.

À éviter absolument. À éviter. À éviter.
L’un des pires services clients que j’ai jamais vus.

Si contratas con ellos solo te cobrarán antes de validar tu documentación y nunca podrás utilizar el servicio. Si intentas llamar a atención al cliente siempre responderá un buzón para que dejes un sms. Si escribes por email nadie te contestará. Entrarás en un bucle infinito donde nadie te responderá, perderás el mes entero y deberás hablar con tu banco para que no te cobren las siguientes cuotas. Si quieres perder el dinero y la paciencia, estás en el sitio adecuado

The phone number that I bought from them worked for less than a month. Anyone who called me on the number - said that they could hear the phone ringing but in my app there was no ring no notification. I tried to get help from them - it worked for a day and stopped working again- same issue. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Quicktalk took the money but didn't provide an activation link. Still waiting for someone from customer support to respond. But I feel like I got swindled out of 24 pounds.

Great voip service, it has a personalized ring tone which I like.
