Initial assessments was easy. And website /webpage was easy to manage and locate what we needed. Adjustments and amendments were easily done by simple email. Correspondents was easy and courteous.... もっず芋る

Very easy to use, do make sure you read it through completely as it can put in Husband instead of Wife and Visa Versa. Can amend and update as and when needed which is brilliant as I know I forgot... もっず芋る

Disgusting person and company

Disgusting person and company - be WARNED. Started threatening me with court action, when I requested that I wanted to cancel under 14 day online purchase; she also threatened me with adding extra payments onto my current payment; she was extremely aggressive - someone you do not want to get on the wrong side of! To let you know, it is the law 14 day cancellation rights stand for bespoke products - as long as they are so bespoke that they cannot be re-sold - which is certainly the case with a personalised will!
I stated that I had mental health issues which is why I could not proceed - this just appeared to make her more vicious. The will was also corrupted in the email it was sent in, so unreadable anyway.

Ahhhh let us break this one down should we Sandra.

1. You draft your will on our website
2. Once complete, we email that BESPOKE document to you. It cannot be used for anybody else in the whole wide world, just you.
3. You then email us stating 'I want a refund under the 14 day rule'
4. You email us a further three times stating point 3. No mention of why.
5. You are emailed and informed we will check your file and respond
6. You email us stating 'I have deleted all the wills you sent me
7. Confirming you had received your will.
8. You then throw the 'I have a mental health issue and because of my mental health issue, I cannot sign a piece of paper' into the mix. Why is that our fault? Why should we suffer a financial loss to you because you state you can't sign your will? Gaslighting at is finest on your part.
9. You are informed you are not having a refund as you confirmed in writing that you have your will. We provided a bespoke service to you, we give you the bespoke product that you can now print off and that you confirmed you had.
10. You now state you are claiming against your AMEX card for your money back and you are informed that if you do, we will take you to court to get the money back and report you to AMEX for a fraudulent claim [Which it is].
11. You then gaslight us AGAIN, stating you now have severe mental health issues. And that we are disgusting and that your are now going to tell everybody in the whole wide world how awful we are. We are not awful Sandra, we are working hard, trying to earn an honest living, provided you with a will and you want your money back for something you have received and we cannot sell to anyone else. You then stated the file was corrupted and you could not open it [about ten emails in, so not true].
12. Now let me be very clear, as we were to you in email; If you are provided a bespoke service, the law dictates that you are NOT entitled to a refund if you receive that bespoke item that we cannot sell it to anyone else. That is the LAW.
13. You were also informed that if we have to take you to court, we will and we will claim the costs associated with that and those items were listed to you. Your AMEX fee levied on us, our cost for bringing the claim and our costs for fighting that claim. We made it very clear to you that we would also report you to AMEX for a fraudulent claim back. We also informed you that card providers and banks are now vigorously investigation claims like yours and prosecuting culprits.
14. You were given fair warning. the only person being aggressive and lying was you, Sandra, nobody else.
15. And finally, I would invite anybody reading this to check out Sandra's 23 reviews. 20 of them are negative, abusive, aggressive. Claiming discrimination, etc etc. Your behaviour and history proceeds you.

And let me be very clear, I am old school and I will not tolerate your type of behaviour under any circumstances and the old 'The customer is always right' line has never washed with me and if you are wrong, rude, abusive, aggressive to any of my staff or myself, I will call you out on it, and will not bow down to woke claims made by you.

Abusive

Rudeness; offensive, taking advantage of abused women for self glory purposes. Avoid.
She ridiculed me. I suffered abuse, as did my children, from my ex husband. I therefore wanted to write a Will which would exclude his manipulation of my sons.
Instead of trying to help me, she sent email after email being abusive, dismissive and offensive: I’d questioned her, therefore I deserved this?
I would give no star, as I support women. This woman just wants to support herself.

Great product, fast and effective will production online. Customer service and after sales advice were excellent, being both prompt and professional. Thank you in my time of need following a separation from an abusive spouse.

After engaging their service I was met


After engaging their service I was met by some very unprofessional and rude emails from an Amanda George. For reasons I don't need to mention she stated that she would not provide the service after I had already paid for.

After requesting a refund here is her response:
