Trade wasnât placed, so spoke to customer service who had never heard of Quilter Invest and that they didnât offer this service and only deal with customers who have financial advisors.

It appears you may have reached the main Quilter Customer Service line rather than the support team for the Quilter Invest app. Quilter and Quilter Invest are part of the same group, but we operate different services, and the advisers you spoke to would not have visibility of Quilter Invest app activity or trading functions. Thatâs why they advised that they only deal with customers who work through financial advisers.
If you ever have an issue with a trade or anything within the Quilter Invest app, the best route is to contact the dedicated Quilter Invest support team directly through the app or via support@quilterinvest.com where we'll be able to help straightaway.

The customer service team were superb. Very professional, prompt and helpful.
