I’ve had mixed experiences with…
I’ve had mixed experiences with Quinnergy. While the staff like Ross and Jamie are knowledgeable and efficient, there are issues with appointment management, as seen in previous feedback. They’ve shown professionalism in some cases but have fallen short in others. Overall, it’s an average service that needs improvement in organization and communication.

Having had a good experience last year with our annual boiler service I went back to Quinnergy again in late November, using the online booking system and paying £79.85 up front. 3 WEEKS LATER, NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND 2 EAMILS AND NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Wouldnt be surprised to find the business has ceased to exist as that is what it feels like. If not there is one last chance to respond.
Paid money in advance - no contact
After one of their engineer's stating my consumer board needed replaced to gain the EICR certificate, I paid them £806 up front. No one has called me to book the job in and I've tried for two days solid to get through on their lines and keep getting an answering machine. Absolute robbers!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, very unprofessional, poor workmanship has cost us thousands to rectify.
What can I say ... Just the Best !!!!
What can I say ... Project Manager Ross turned up promptly and very quickly alayed any concerns I had about the work required in my period rental flat. Working within the regulations he quickly explained how all the work would be carried out and what was needed. No sooner had he finished the very efficient and knowledgeable Jamie the electrician arrived and got on with the Job. Once Jamie was finished he tidyed up and the the flat immaculate. Would very highly recommend the team at Quinnergy. Can't rate them more highly .... they do exactly what it says on the tin only better !!!!

Ross no power
Thank you Ross your help was greatly appreciated we were in pitch dark and my partner had just came home from hospital unable to see properly l live in middle of a golf course no one hear and it's a nightmare he was lovely talked me through putting power back on and was just a brilliant lad well done Ross your a gem your company should be proud of you

Absolute shocking service waited 3 weeks for a part for my boiler that I only got because it broke down again,boiler still never worked and have had no heating or hot water for 2 weeks and the girl on the phone hung up on me and cancelled my appointment because I said the service was shocking.

After performing some tests he confirmed I needed sockets replacing, he went to his van and brought new ones in, he installed them and was done and dusted all within an hour. Highly recommend this company

Brilliant service from start to finish!! Very organized and communcation throughout was excellent! Would 100% recommend. I have now signed up to their monthly package for boiler cover.
Very unorganized and unprofessional…
Very unorganized and unprofessional service. They book 3 hours long appointments for a 15min visit and then don't show up and don't bother to notify you as well. They managed to attend 1 out of 3 appointments booked. Avoid them if you value your time or tenant relationship.
Extortionate Call out charges with no up front disclosure
A fault developed with the boiler (no hot water or heating) on the same day literally straight after the gas boiler was serviced. I called them out and they came out the following day to investigate. They diagnosed a fault with the electrode in a 5 minute or less visit and said a new part would need ordered and it was unknown how long it would take - the engineer said the service probably pushed the boiler over the edge. I decided to get the boiler fixed by the manufacturer instead who resolved it the following day with no issues. Later that day I received an invoice from Quinnergy for an emergency same day call out plus 1 hour of labour. As none of these charges were made clear up front I challenged the invoice on the basis none of these costs were disclosed, it was blatant profiteering and not to recover legitimate costs - I was willing to pay the callout but not 1 hour of labour for a 5 min job. After a few email exchanges with Mia I was told in her view it was a legitimate charge. I will be avoiding them in the future so be warned.
