Andy very kindly upcycled four wooden dining chairs. The legs and back are beautifully painted whilst the chair seat was sanded and oiled for a beautiful natural look. He was very polite and professional and did a great job- thank you!

So happy with Andy's work to repaint a console table to fit with the hall redecoration and also to revive a very sad and neglected 30 year old chest of drawers and bedside table - they now look fantastic. we are delighted.

Andy is a Master of his craft. He came to our place to paint various bits and pieces, but especially furniture in my office and a large wardrobe. Both jobs were not easy with various pieces to be taken apart and it was a Herculean task. However, Andy was extremely helpful in the pre-discussions of the job ahead and has done an amazing work. Perfectly executed, on time and also just a great human being. I would always hire him again!

This is the second job that we had Andy do and we couldn't be happier. The first project was a wardrobe inside the house. When we found out that Andy could do outdoor jobs too we immediately contacted him. The painted door and gate look incredible and we will definitely contact Andy for our next project!

Andy has always brought my favourite pieces of furniture back to life! Highly recommend and extremely reasonable on pricing too.

Andy has sanded, re-stained and waxed our kitchen work surfaces and they look brand new! He was friendly, reliable and helpful throughout - also very flexible when we needed to change dates at late notice. Would thoroughly recommend him!!

Andy was very responsive to my initial enquiry and very easy to communicate with. He worked swiftly without any fuss on the day and transformed my dressing table and 2 bedside tables so they now look like new (and probably better than when I first bought them)

This is now the fifth time Andy and the team at Quirky Dovetail have transformed tired old pieces of furniture (and even a garden bench) into something new and exciting for my home. This time it was two tall dark wood bookcases now looking like new pieces of furniture. Always absolutely reliable and professional and with a very high standard of finish. Highly recommended!

Andy has re-stained and finished our kitchen work surfaces and table over the past week and also repainted our kitchen island, a bench and a new wooden bookcase. Our kitchen looks so much better as a result! He is excellent at what he does and also just a thoroughly nice person to have in your home. I bought a pretty pine console table from Andy, he prepped and painted it in a LG paint colour of my choice. Gorgeous end result and at a good price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Andy did a wonderful job re-painting an overmantle mirror which is of sentimental value to us. He took great care over the job and we're really pleased with the end result. He's a very efficient, clean and tidy worker, and very friendly and easy to deal with too. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service and quality from Andy and his team. Turned a TV stand we found on the street into a great addition to our lounge. Matched the colour perfectly. All in all, super happy with the outcome.
