Quitplan

I wouldn’t sign up to their trial of a £1. I thought I had cancelled and have now been charged £24.99 for an app that I’ve never used. There is also no way to contact them as none of their email addresses actually work. You can’t even message them through insta. Shocking!

Do not download. I wanted to try this out with the free trial. I didn’t like the App, so deleted it straight away, and cancelled the subscription. Today £24.95 taken out my account. I’ve had to reinstall the App, and cancel again, but today I realised that the process to cancel is ambiguous, and is worded in such away, that even though you thought you’d cancelled, you actually hadn’t.

Signed up for the $1 fourteen day trial and they charged me $50 US dollars an hour into my trial… i didn’t even use the app yet. Dont buy anything they take your money without consent or warning.

Avete preso 39€ senza chiedere nulla. Richiedo il rimborso immediato!!!
