Not the real deal

This is not an app you use with a real piano

When you sign up they have made it very easy to accidentally sign up to a $39 program that you can’t cancel

You can never cancel. They will charge you and renew the charges every month for the rest of your life because they have no humans. It's all AI.

They don't have a telephone number to cancel and they don't hire any employees. It's all AI so once you give them your credit card you can never cancel it. You have to call your credit card company dispute it and get a different number. Since they don't actually exist, you'll never get a refund. Don't make the same mistake. I did and sign up for a bunch of nothing. even after you dispute it and get a different credit card number they still keep trying to hit your card up for $40 a month whether you use it or not. And then if you look at the activity section they show activity on there even though there's nobody in my house to use it but me and I can't find it and I hate them because they're so dishonest.

Not the greatest — automatically signed up for monthly subscription and then customer service initially couldn’t help. But eventually they did.

SCAM! They won't cancel...

You can't do ANYTHING without downloading an obtrusive app that collects and shares every possible kind of data. That includes CANCELING the order. Ive emailed support twice trying to cancel but they refused to cancel or/and ignored my email. Ill have to dispute the charge with my credit card to get it canceled. DO NOT USE! TOTAL SCAM!

Al solicitar la cancelación de mi suscripción, fueron amables, eficientes y rápidos.

Я училась играть на фортепиано в школе и я знаю ноты - до, ре, ми, фа, соль, ля, си
Здесь в программе не понятные мне обозначения и оказывается нужен провод чтобы подключиться к телефону- почему об этих условиях не говорится в начале, когда обещают научить играть?

Seems like a scam...

I paid for a trial but have received nothing. Luckily the fraud department at my bank contacted me you say a continuous payment of £39.99 had been set up. They have cancelled my credit card and are are going to attempt to retrieve that payment.
I certainly will be more dubious about similar online companies.

Scam behaviour

Scam behaviour. Bought a trial but when I had to get a note pack they charged me about $15 without telling me before. Not cool! Also can’t see any way to cancel subscrition. Not cool. Also no obvious way to contact the company. WTF?. I hate apps that charge without telling first.
