Very straightforward website that makes it easy to fill in forms and renew things like insurance policies.

Quick and Easy.
Good price, reduced from last year

Quotemonkey offered excellent value for money for the self storage insurance and it was easy to set up the insurance.

Received renewal notice. Had a query relating to a previous claim which was answered clearly and promptly allowing me to proceed with the renewal. Great service

The annual premium for our small road association public liability actually went down in price. A one off query about liability for trees on fronting properties was responded almost immediately. The online processes are very good too.

Website quick and easy to use for a competitive quote that was surprisingly lower than last year’s premium.

Excellent. Covers one-off situations, and highly responsive if there is a small issue which needs discusssion. Competitive pricing and a very good website.

This was a renewal of a longstanding policy.
There were new boxes to tick but straightforward after they were ticked

The website for renewal appears a tad clumsy and I had to take out a new policy, answering all the questions which are already on file. It only needs to ask if there are any changes to the previous policy Secondly, the garage, although detached, is within the curtilage of my apartment lease and must be of less risk than a garage located away from the insurer's control. The insurance risk assessment does not appear to be flexible to take into account different circumstances..

Simple, clear, quick and competitively priced.

Quoted very quickly and efficiently with polite responsive customer service

I think a back button on the booking form would be helpful

Have used the company for last 3 years for our storage insurance very pleased with service.

Great service and very fair price
On my 3rd year with this company
Hopefully be with them for another 3yrs.
Thanks Quotemonkey

We are joint policy holders on private road insurance and have used QuoteMonkey for several years. The service we have received has always been excellent and their product is value for money; questions we have had have always been dealt with speedily and professionally. We have confidence in using Quote Monkey and from our experience we would recommend them highly.

Great and fast experience. Would recommend.

Renewed my policy this year and it was cheaper than last!! What a bargain.
Website easy to navigate and always polite and efficient. Quick at contacting me too

Very happy with the renewal process as it wasn't straightforward due to a change of Director of the Land being insured but I was able to email a very helpful member of the team who replied very promptly and dealt with my queries & questions with no problem at all. I am very happy to recommend Quote Monkey and will definitely be renewing with them next year if the premiums remain competitive which they certainly are at the moment.
