Never use Gordons
If there was any facility to give them - start i would have given them.
Case was instructed for 5 months and Gordons raised the name issue on completion to Nationwide which resulted the case to go on underwritiing again and delay causing client to go on standard variable rate for 2 weeks
I will never use Gordons again.

Great experience with Gorvins
Great experience with Gorvins, second time I have used them and easy, smooth transaction again
Mario was super helpful, kept me regularly updated on the status of my purchase, got back to me in a timely manner when I requested a call back or any further information, I really felt supported in my concerns regarding the state of the property and Mario offered to ask them to rectify some things, which after hearing from him they did
All in all a great service and I will use Gorvins every time

I had a great experience throughout the sale of my property. Elliot Pipes was absolutely amazing – very knowledgeable, professional, and always easy to contact whenever I had any questions. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
The support team were also fantastic. They were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, making the whole experience even more positive. A special mention to Lave as well, who was incredibly supportive throughout.
I genuinely don't think any improvements are needed. The whole team provided excellent service from start to finish, and I really appreciated their hard work and dedication. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their property!!

I can't speak highly enough of Sort…
I can't speak highly enough of Sort Refer, this company is fantastic and very quick to assist in any areas of business. This company is growing and is a staple for my solicitor sourcing, and what makes it even more appealing is there are no charges to joint and use their platform. Its a win win.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Client has been asked for the same things over and over again, after providing them each time. Over 1 year to complete on the case, causing much stress for the client, and stress and hard work from ourselves as the mortgage broker. Shocking.
However this is more the Solicitor that was instructed (Gorvins)
